High speed Double-Up bagging system
offers automatic, efficient and laborsaving packaging.
Autobag® Double-Up system can provide up to 70 bags per minute and increase productivity up to 90%. The
Double-Up system can be tied-in with
automatic scales and feeders for fast,
accurate and complete plastic packaging of a variety of products.
The Autobag H-100 Flow Loader system
provides automatic positive feed packaging for free-flowing and granular
products. The system is compatible
with most fillers and conveyors.
An H-100 FL funnel dips into open bag
for feeding of product and withdraws
for sealing. Retracting sensor makes
sure bag is in position before signaling
feeder to dump.
Autobag® H-100 Vertical
High-speed plastic packaging for thin,
flat, hard-to-handle items.
The Autobag H-100 Vertical system is
designed for hand-loading flat products
such as decals, direct mail, circuit
boards, etc.
Handles items up to 1/2" thick. Top machine speed of 60 cycles per minute
with typical application speeds of up to
30-40 per minute.
The H-100V allows the use of special
bag design features such as hang-up
holes, retail hang-up headers, compartment bags and vertical
perforations.
