Man Driving Over 110 Miles Per Hour Arrested

20-year old Estevan Diego WHIPPLE of El Paso, TX
EL PASO, TEXAS: An Officer of the El Paso Police Department’s DWI Task Force has arrested and charged
a man with Reckless Driving after July 4 incident. The investigation revealed that 20-year old Estevan Diego
WHIPPLE was operating a white 2014 Ford Mustang south on US54 at 7:54 p.m. The DWI Task supervisor
saw WHIPPLE traveling in excess of 110 miles per hour, weaving through traffic, and tailgating other
motorists. Motorists were forced to take evasive action to avoid a collision with WHIPPLE. The officer was
able to stop WHIPPLE just east of the US54/I-10 exchange on I-10 East. He was placed under arrest and
charged with Reckless Driving. He was booked into the El Paso County Jail on a bond totaling $3,000.00.
