DESCRIPTION
Remodel of SkyCity restaurant with extensive mechanical upgrades, including the dis-assembly and removal of all four original air handlers. We installed
new air handlers, which were assembled inside equipment rooms, and replaced the mezzanine kitchen hoods and associated exhaust fans with more
efficient components. Work also included integration and construction of the Space Needle espresso bar into the SkyCity Cafe area, resurfacing of the
observation deck area, repair of numerous water leaks throughout the structure, installation of additional catwalks, re-glazing of several windows, and
mechanical repair to the Space Needle fountain. Other work included installing lighted bollards in the entry plaza and creation of the valet parking area.
