HOME Birthday Parties!
ARRIVAL
We set up and clean up our supplies, and provide a facilitator for your exclusive event. Parents will be able
to relax while their child enjoys a memorable party. Our parties are designed so that there is minimal effort
required on your part so you’ll have plenty of time to take pictures. Don’t forget the camera!
DURING THE PARTY
While your party facilitator sets up supplies – party guests are invited to play with loose LEGO® bricks for
the first 15 minutes of the party. Children will spend the majority of the party engaged in building a themebased LEGO® project of your choice. We dedicate one hour to a particular build based on your theme and
play games related to your theme. Sticker/tattoo prizes are given to the children.
Some families elect to do a LEGO® model build during their party. Our optional activities are:
• Model Build (appropriate for children ages 6+) 20-30 minute activity, children do not take model home
with them. Model is typically a rubber band car. Other models are available.
• Themed Party – Spend an hour of your party participating in themed creative play. Choose from our
available themes or suggest a theme that we can customize for your child.

CUSTOM Lego cakes & TREATS
Cake Creations can create a custom Lego® theme cake or cupcakes for your party! Cakes start at $32.50 to
serve 12 children. A variety of designs are available. Please inquire for details. Lego® milk chocolate bricks
and mini-figures are also available for $2.50 per goodie bag. They can be made in a variety of colors. They
make great party favors or cupcake toppers! Snapology doesn’t supply any food or drinks.
Goodies & Freebies
For your convenience, we have developed invitations and thank you cards for your use. They are designed
to be downloaded and printed on 8.5x11” paper. Please visit www.midhudson.snapology.com to download.
Your birthday child can choose either a free LEGO® Mini-figure or a LEGO® Kit! As party favors, children
can build their own mini-figure men for $5.00 each.
COST
Your home party will cost $165 for the first 12 children plus $8 per additional child. We find that parties
with fewer than 18 children are less stressful for the birthday parents. If over 20 children attend your party
(children age 2-14 that stay and play), you will be charged an additional $25 fee to cover staffing, supplies
and clean up. This fee is in addition to the $8 per child base cost. Two-hour parties are available for an
additional fee. The party facilitator will assist the party host with food and gift opening. Snapology does not
provide paper products or food.
OTHER LOCATIONS & Options
Snapology is able to host your child’s birthday party at these participating locations: New Paltz Community
Center, Rosendale Community Center, Highland Cultural Arts Studio, and Black & Blue Mixed Martial
Arts (in Kingston). We will have to coordinate available dates and times with the center of your choice. The
party will be for two hours - 1.5 hours is dedicated to Snapology activities and 30 minutes for serving food
or cake. We will help you serve food, although we do not provide it. We will set up, clean up, and provide
paper products, such as plates and napkins. The cost is 265.00.
SNApology’s Guidelines and safety policies
1. For the safety of our guests, there is no running or rough-housing allowed in the party area.
2. We do not tolerate inappropriate language from children or adults.
3. Accidents do happen, however, disregarding guidance from the facilitator or engaging in inappropriate,
disrespectful, or destructive behavior may incur additional fees for clean up or replacement of damaged
items.
4. Our parties are designed to accommodate up to 20 children.
5. We proudly present a clean, tidy facility for every event. We appreciate your understanding as we clean
after your scheduled event has ended.
6. Parties are normally scheduled 30 minutes apart. We kindly as that your party depart once your
scheduled party has come to an end so that we can begin setting up for our next event.
These guidelines and policies are in place to ensure that everyone has a positive experience at Snapology
parties. We appreciate your help in creating a safe, fun environment.
