Prepare Your Showcase for Display

After receiving your order (checking off what was invoiced / received) you are
ready to get your Showcase ready to display!

It is important to ALWAYS prepare your inventory prior to going to a showing or
trade show. It takes time and when you are setting up for your showing set up is
easier if everything is ready to go.
Pendant - comes in either a long plastic package or a small poly bag. Cut poly
packaging with scissors so plastic will fit in 3x3 box. Place label into 3x3 box
under the fuzzy cotton. Place pendant into box and finish with earrings. Earrings
can be mix and match.
NOTE: Mismatching items can create some interest in the display as customers
are looking. It creates interaction as they find the ones that “GO” better.

When customers are interested in a piece that isn‟t available, it is ALWAYS in
your next order! (And it will be ). Complete the paper work and have them pay
for the item. Make a note right on the receipt (your yellow copy) of which item is to
be mailed. You will collect their full mailing address on the Pink Warranty Ballot
after collecting their payment.
It is advisable to keep special note of items that need to be provided to
customers. Having a small notebook and simply stapling the pink ballot with all
the personal details and a note to yourself is an easy way.

Necklace
Display necklaces and sets on a bodice or in their box. Standing the earring up as
shown adds interest to your display.
If the necklace / earring is a SET it will always be indicated so on the back of the
earrings. If your customer doesn‟t want the earrings, they can be prepared in a
separate package and they are welcome to give them to someone they know as
a gift. No discount is given. Sets are NOT sold separate.

Bracelet
Sometimes the label from the bracelet packaging will easily peel off. If not, cut
right around the label and stick onto the pink bracelet box as shown with clear
scotch tape.
When bracelet boxes get a little dusty from being on display, masking tape works
well to get them looking nice and fresh again.
Always keep your Showcase inventory looking in top shape. (Masking tape works
well for ring boxes as well as earring cards too.)
Bangle
Bangle style bracelets can be tagged with a string or thread.
~ Every Girl Deserves to Sparkle ! ~
There are many ways to create different looks with the bracelets and bangles for
your display. Use what you have and be inventive. (Keep in mind the colors of
Signature Collection Jewellery are White and Pink. Other colors are NOT
permitted on the display. If you have questions, please ask. Send pictures of your
display to Head Office via email for approval / suggestions.)
Brooch / Pin
Brooches and Pins each come in their own poly packaging with a label. Put the
label in the 3x3 box. If it doesn‟t want to lay flat, slip it inside of a small poly bag
(the ones the earrings come in) and place the small bag with label into the box.
~ Every Girl Deserves to Sparkle ! ~
To create variety in your display, you may wish to stand some of the pins up.
Using clear tape the box is easily stood up as shown.
Tape goes here
See how the standing box just adds a little extra?

Ring
Each ring comes in their own poly bag with label and a Ring Box. The label is
easily peeled off and may be placed on the front at the bottom or on the bottom of
the box. Use clear tape if desired overtop label to prevent it from peeling off.
Earrings
Earrings can be displayed along with the pendants and pins in 3x3 boxes. Also
go ahead and lay the earrings our between the boxes on your display to add color
where needed and fill up open spaces.
Earring stands are a wonderful way to display larger hoop and dangle style
earrings. If wrapped properly with tissue or plastic / bubble for transport they do
not need to always be taken off between showings.
Using a small piece of making tape you can attach the earring card to the stand. If
you face the price out it gives just a hint of the price range. This at times can be
ideal since most of the pricing is hidden just under the fuzzy cotton.

If you prefer to have the pink side of the card shown, that is okay too.
To create an earring stand from a small poly bag, simply roll it up by folding it
over 3 times. Having the zipper close on the outside of the roll will assist in the
form of the stand and the earrings will stand longer. Fold roll almost in half with
the longer portion on the outside and the shorter side touching the earring card.
This takes a little practice to get the roll just right.
~ Every Girl Deserves to Sparkle ! ~
Once your roll is correctly inserted the earring card will stand up nicely. Use these
on your table and on top of bodices to add effect to your display.
Clip earrings may be displayed on the table or if you keep several different styles
in your inventory, you may wish to have a separate stand to display them all
together.

Earrings all come in their own small poly bag. Generally the earrings are already
on the card, however some hoop styles don‟t fit well in the bag if they are
attached to the card so they will come with one earring on each side of the card.
With some of the styles, you may need to bend the card slightly to get the earring
onto the card for display. Don‟t ever force an earring on the card, just turn it
around until you can find the way that works for the particular style that you are
working on.
~ Every Girl Deserves to Sparkle ! ~
When it comes time to package the earrings you will need one pouch and one
piece of pink tissue pre-cut to 3 inches by 7 inches.
If the earrings are for a gift, remove the pricing part of the label and leave the rest
of the label on the earrings so that the recipient of the gift can see Signature
Collection as well as the style #, what the post is made of and that our earring
styles are nickel free.
First take the pouch and squeeze slightly so that it opens.
~ Every Girl Deserves to Sparkle ! ~
Prepare the pouch by folding in the two sides of one end.
Fold tissue over earrings as shown.
~ Every Girl Deserves to Sparkle ! ~
Insert tissue with earring inside into the prepared pouch.
Fold in the two sides of the open side and You‟re Done!

Put pouch along with other items into a piece of fuchsia tissue and place into bag so that the
tissue poufs our of the top. Gather the strings and present the bag to the customer.

Using the magic wand is a great way to assist your customers to visualize how
different style earrings will look on their own individual profile. You have been
provided with 2 earring wands in your initial showcase and they are also available
on the website. Always use the wand. Heath regulations prohibit trying on
earrings prior to purchasing. Earrings are ALWAYS final sale.
The wand allows customers to „try‟ earrings on without actually trying them on.
Always offer the wand because it helps to create interaction and fun, and will
assist customers in deciding between one pair or the other. They might like two
pairs of earrings equally when they are on the card. Of course they can have
both, however if they are only wishing to purchase one, by illustrating each up
individually the customer can choose the desired look they want to achieve when
wearing the earrings.

Chains
With each chain is provided a little white sticker that will assist you with labelling.
It is best to put the label close to the clasp so that it is not showing when the
chain is tried on.
Chains can be displayed in a 3x3 box or on a bodice together with other chains.
Mix and match colors and styles to create different looks.
~ Every Girl Deserves to Sparkle ! ~
Display Examples
Chains can be held in place with a small neatly cut piece of masking tape. Put the
label for the pendant on the side of the bodice as shown. Cut neatly around the
edges and either use masking tape underneath or put a piece of clear tape
overtop the label. If wrapped properly with tissue or plastic / bubble for transport
the bodices do not need to always be taken off between showings.
Go ahead and mix and match the earrings and pendants to create options for
customers who might like something different.
~ Every Girl Deserves to Sparkle ! ~
When using the flat bodices, earrings may be put in the holes or left on the card.
A little bit of color can do a lot for attracting attention to your display.
