➢ SGT - HAMMER TIME: This class incorporates tires, sledge hammers, core training (Sternum to top of
the knees) done at a mostly aerobic pace. The coaches will be implementing a highly dynamic workout
utilizing multi plane/multi joint movements with the apparatuses. Join us in this unique fun workout!
➢ SGT - FIGHT CLUB - How much fun is this! Take your frustrations out of one of Urge’s highly unique bag
set ups or… one of the coaches! This session will have you punching, kicking, elbowing and jumping to
high tempo music. When you’ve finished, you’ll feel like a champ!
➢ SGT - TIRES & ABS - Everything that you can do with tires will be done. Challenge yourself by hitting,
flipping, jumping, pushing, and pulling tires. After you’re done taking care of the tires you’re guided
through a structured midsection workout.
➢ SGT - MUD RUN PREP - This is an obstacle course type of session that mimics a traditional Mud Run.
Your metabolic energy systems, balance, upper body and lower body strength will be challenged so you
are ready for the real thing.
➢ SGT - URGE KETTLEBELL – DEADLIFT & SWING YOUR WAY TO NEW GAINS! THE UNIQUE SHAPE OF THE
