The most famous story about Saint
David tells how he was preaching to a
huge crowd and the ground is said to
have risen up, so that he was standing
on a hill and everyone had a better
chance of hearing him.

His life: He lived very simply and his
most famous saying - that we should
concentrate on -
"doing the little things in God's
presence with conscientiousness and
devotion,"
very much links in with this special time
of year for Christians; LENT…a time of
reflection and self-denial.
What’s St. David’s message?
We can transform our homelife, work
life, our relationships, even perhaps the
world, if we focus and concentrate on
the little things we could change for the
better
What little things could you
change for the better?

Let us pray
Lord, David
lived a simple
life
He made good use of
Creation
and used only what he
needed
In all he did
David tried to
do his best
Today we ask
that we follow
his example
and live simply, Amen
the saints of Wales made their
land a good place to live. What
are we doing to make our
community a great place to be?
