Regarding allocation of posts of PGTs in respect to GSSS Neoli Kalan (Hisar) [1254]
On the basis of class-wise and subject-wise enrolment data for classes 9th to 12th furnished by
you on MIS Portal treating 30.09.2015 as the cut-off date, the Department has rationalized the allocation of
posts of PGTs in respect of your school as under:

In view of the rationalization some posts of your school might have become surplus. As a result,
such surplus staff will have to be shifted to some other school where vacant posts are available. The
question of as to which teacher is surplus shall be determined in the following order1. Guest faculty (PGT cadre), in case working guest faculties are more than
surplus teachers then the guest faculties having longer stay in school will be
shifted.
2. Longer stayee regular PGT.
The surplus staff of your school may be advised/ intimated in writing to seek further stations of
their choice through online applications during the general transfer drive to begin very shortly. This surplus
staff will be relieved from your school after generation of the transfer orders in the aforesaid mode.
However if a surplus teacher fails to participate in the online general transfer drive then he/she
may be posted anywhere in the state as per the stipulations of the New Transfer Policy, 2016.
