MORE COUNTERS NEEDED:
We need more volunteers to count
weekend collections. Counting takes
place on Monday mornings at the
rectory. Each team should have 3
people. With more volunteers, you
will count only once a month or
once in six weeks. I invite you to consider doing this
ministry. Please call me at 860 964-0575 or email to
[email protected].
Thank you and God bless you. Fr. Peter

From Your Priest
People marveled at Jesus’ authority,
power, miracles and grace.
They saw his power over nature,
evil, humans and even death.
They felt God’s touch, His
presence,
His healing and forgiveness.
The same Jesus is with us today.
Do we feel God’s presence
in the Blessed Sacrament?
Knight’s Corner
Knights of Columbus Membership
Drive Our annual membership drive
continues. We ask that Parish Men
consider joining the Knights. Anyone 18
and older is eligible for membership and
you are not too old to join. You will be surprised at
all the things we do for our Parish and one another
and just how rewarding membership in the Knights
can be.
February 14 Valentines Day/Italian Dinner Dance
The event many of you have been waiting for is
here!! Please mark your calendars for Feb 14,
2015, 5pm to 11pm for the annual Valentines
Day/Italian Dinner Dance. We will continue to sell
tickets after each weekend mass to give us an approximate sense of the amount of food we will need.
Tickets will also be available at the door. Cost per
person will be $15. Cost per couple is $25. Children under 12 eat free. All proceeds after costs go
to the Parish. Count on seeing antipasti, penne
pasta and meatballs, sausage and peppers, chicken
parmesan, deserts, and coffee/tea/sodas. We also
plan to have a DJ. Child Sitting services will be
available. Bring your own beverage If any questions, give Bill Burdick a call at 860-322-4151 to volunteer.
