On 03/20/17 at approximately 0600 hours, Inmate Amy R. Rumbo became very upset and started yelling and screaming
all while banging on the cell window and door. She then hit her head on the wall several times. She was escorted to OB2
cell after she climbed on the wall in BK5 cell. After that she hit her head off the OB2 door and had to be restrained to
keep her from harming herself further.

On Monday, March 20th 2017, at 2019 hours, I was dispatched to the intersection of Front Street and Main Street in
Pleasant Hill in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Pleasant Hill Police Department who were on the scene of a
suspicious vehicle check. K9 Champ alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics in the vehicle. Methamphetamine
paraphernalia was located during a probable cause search.

the vehicles involved. Two passengers were also identified. There were no reported injuries and no damage to property

City, Missouri Police Department requested that I initiate a traffic stop in the area of Interstate 435 at Holmes Road. A

On 03/26/2017 at approximately 1554 hours I was dispatched to 13605 East 237th Street, Peculiar, Missouri in
reference to a domestic disturbance. My investigation revealed that a male and female were involved in a verbal
altercation at this address. Nothing physical occurred and no crime was committed.
