PrecisionMix II is an electronic proportioning system that continuously mixes resin
and catalyst to your pre-selected ratio in our
patented fluid integrator. This sequential
mixing technology, along with Graco’s controller software, guarantees on-ratio reliability
and accuracy for the highest quality finish,
eliminating rework and issues caused by offratio errors.
Easy-to-Use
PrecisionMix II features advanced, userfriendly technology to accurately
proportion and dispense plural
component materials. Our intuitive
panel-mounted user interface facilitates
quick and easy setup in a variety of
standard or custom languages. Once
configured, just select the right recipe
and begin spraying. It’s that simple.
Standard Reporting
For standard reports, a printer option
provides documentation of production
data and alarm history. This unique feature
simplifies reporting to meet quality, environmental and ISO requirements.
For multi-color applications,
a new booth control facilitates system
flushing and color change without

Advanced Reporting and Networking
PrecisionMix II features a built-in controller for easy integration into
your plant’s current supervisory control system or other devices used to
monitor or analyze system data, using industry-standard communication
protocols. Our PrecisionView™ AMR (Advanced Material Reporting) option
links the PrecisionMix II directly to your PC, making it easyto view active
recipes and generate production reports for all PrecisionMix II units
on your network.
