How Flocking Works
You can flock a friend, family member, or neighbor for a donation of $20 per flock request. A trained
Flamingo Flocking Technician (volunteer) will secretly place a Flock of Flamingos in the front yard of the
address you provided. Flamingos and signs with information about Flamingo Flocking, Sexual Assault and
Child Abuse awarenesses will be delivered in the evening, and will remain in the yard for no more than 24
hours. Sorry, our birds may not migrate onto public property or at apartment complexes!
How Flamingos Are Removed
The Flamingos will be removed from their “landing site” by a trained Flamingo Flocking Technician
(volunteer) within 24 hours. A donation of $20 can forward the Flamingos to another location. Requests
can be made by filling out the Flocking Order form.

How to Avoid Being Flocked
You may buy insurance for the flocking season. Without insurance you could be flocked several times!

Flamingo Flocking occurs April 1 – April 30
All attempts will be made to deliver the flamingos as close to the ordered date as possible. Deliveries will not occur if
extenuating circumstances prevail (locked gates, extreme weather, etc.) Flocks may not migrate onto public property
or apartment complexes. Flocking is done in good spirits and is not meant to be mean.

have willing participants. Flock removal does not require payment, but a donation to benefit Safe Space would be
greatly appreciated. The Flamingos are precious property to us and we want to keep them in our possession so all can

Flocking in Whitehall AND Anaconda in 2015!
Safe Space is excited to announce that 5 flocks will be migrating to Anaconda and Whitehall in 2015!
Limited spots available. Pre-ordered flocks (prior to April 1, 2015) will take precedence for migration.
Once the migration list is full, persons requesting flocks in these areas will be contacted with options.
Anaconda Flocking: April 6-10 (5 flocks available each day)
Whitehall Flocking: April 20-24 (5 flocks available each day)
