Creating Environments To Support Your Life
Peace on Earth - Good Will To All
Hi,
Many blessings to you during this most special and inspiring holiday season. It is my favorite and I want to share
some thoughts with you. This time of the year we see the word "peace" all around us for it is the deeper essence
of Christmas or Solstice. Maybe we can use these constant reminders to help us to check in with ourselves in the
moment to see if we are contributing to "Peace" or disturbing it. For Peace does truly begin with each of us. The
ripples of peace that each of us sends out into the world join and magnify, creating a transformative vibration for
all of the world. As I was thinking about this, I found some quotes about peace in everyday life to share and
maybe inspire.
"We must come to see that peace is not merely a distant goal that we seek, but a means by which we arrive at that goal. We must pursue peaceful ends through peaceful means". –Martin Luther King, Jr.
“When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace.” Jimi Hendrix
“The practice of peace and reconciliation is one of the most vital and artistic of human actions.” Thich Nat Hanh
I found this quote from a friend that makes me smile for it speaks a bit to our caring for the earth and living in
peace with Gaia. I have been enjoying a cool (cold) weather garden and composting to give back to the earth.
"Peace recycles because it is organic."
In the spirit of tuning into the inspiration of the "holiday season" I want to share with you a class that I have not
offered for some time:"Let Peace Begin with You, a Feng Shui Perspective" on December 1st from 7-9 pm at Everlasting Gifts on Dec 1st. To help with increasing a personal sense of peace,
you will find some thoughts on defusing holiday
stress in my Feng Tips section below.

Remember a Feng Shui Basic Principle:
Where your attention goes, your energy goes, so
Keep your entry clear and uncluttered, with something inspiring
to look at when you first enter your home.
This is good for the holidays and for all days.
Play calming or inspiring music, especially when things get hectic.
It will help to balance your energy.
Use healing fragrances in candles or aromatherapy diffusers.
Dancing
in the Kitchen Online
www.DancingIntheKitchenOnline.com
My new website: DancingInTheKitchenOnline.com is now online. It offers help for those wanting to bring vegan,
vegetarian, gluten free, wheat free and dairy free food experiences into their lives. It has videos and blogs of my farmers’ market findings. I am creating it in a way that I can add more to it on a regular basis. It will soon lead to an online subscription
cookbook in which I will share recipes with variations and helpful information to make your dance through your kitchen more fun
and help you to create easy, healthy and delicious food. After decades of learning to adapt to the needs of my own body, cooking
commercially, catering, cooking as a personal chef and even managing the kitchen at a retreat center in Italy, I finally found this
way for sharing what I have learned. I have been told for decades that I should write a cookbook. Please let me know if you have
any difficulties accessing it, for I have been working out bugs these last months.
