Terms and Conditions
(1)
Tender shall be sent under sealed cover which should reach the undersigned by
23.01.2017 at 11.00 a.m. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 11.30 a.m.
in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may like to
attend. The bidding Firms are required to enclose photocopy of PCP Receipt
regarding purchase oftender alongwith their sealed offers/bids.
(2)
Rates may be quoted with Sales Tax. The successful suppliers/bidders
required to provide Sales Tax Invoice.
(3)
The rates should be valid for 90 days from the date of opening of the tender
(4)
Re-cycled paper is not acceptable.
(5)
Stores are required to be supplied from the ready stock
(6)
Offers which are conditional, ambiguous, without security bid/security money and
against the terms and conditions of the tender enquiry i.e. validity and delivery
schedule etc. and tenders received after due date and time shall not be entertained.
(7)
Security bid @ 2% of the bid price may be submitted alongwith the tender in the
shape of Demand Draft/Call Deposit/Pay Order in favour of Printing Corporation of
Pakistan (Pvt) Limited, Islamabad. Tender received without security bid will not be
considered and wiII be rejected straightway.
(8)
The security bid of the successful bidder wiII be retained while in the case of others
will be refunded to them.
(e)
Payment
will
be
within 30 days.

Bidders must quote their Income Tax and Sales Tax Registration Number

Five sample sheets of fuII size of the offered stores should be sent alongwith the
quotation failing which the tenders shall not be accepted.
(13) Bidders must quote for the brand and country of origin of the stores offered for
supply. In case a bidder quotes for zrn item for more than one brand then the
acceptance of store of any brand
will
be at the option of PCP
(14) Quantity can be increased or decreased or dropped at the time of placement
of
confirmed Purchase Order.
(15)
Evaluation of bid wiII be carried out strictly in accordance with the above Terms &
Conditions and the item-wise enclosed detailed specifications that wiII serve as
Evaluation Criteria.
(16)
The Corporation reserves the right to reject all or any tender as
Rule 33(1).
