Early Warning Cultural Guide
2015 Edition
Values and Leadership Principles in Action
“Talent wins games, but teamwork
and intelligence win championships.”
The Story of Our Values
-- Michael Jordan
In 2015, Early Warning employees across the company
came together to articulate the values that define our culture.
“Great things in business are never
done by one person, they’re done
by a team of people.”
-- Steve Jobs
This collaborative process resulted in Early Warning’s eight
Values and Leadership Principles.
These Values and Leadership Principles guide our daily
interactions with each other and everyone we come into
contact with.
