These Values and Leadership Principles guide our daily interactions with each other and everyone we come into contact with. Synonyms: 1. We live authentically. 2. We say what we mean and we mean what we say. 3. We communicate any (unavoidable) broken agreements ASAP to all involved. 5 “Our values are critically important to the long-term success and future of Early Warning.” 6 Respect 7 Definition: 8 Respect (verb): treating others as they would like to be treated, and actively engaging to understand them. Synonyms: 1. We look for the positive potential in everyone and treat them kindly in all situations. 2. If we disagree or don’t understand, we ask clarifying questions. 3. We cultivate and embrace diversity and inclusion. 9 “Company values are the heart and soul of every successful organization. I wanted to be part of creating our values at Early Warning.” 10 Customer Commitment 11 Definition: 12 Customer Commitment (verb): know your customers and delight them every time. Synonym: 1. Synonyms: 1. We take a leadership role in engaging with one another in a positive and spirited manner every day. 2. We actively support the total health and well-being of our employees. 3. We encourage and support full participation and fulfillment in our lives, personally and professionally. 21 “It was very inspiring to see Early Warning staff, at all levels, working together as we developed our core values.” 22 Innovation 23 Definition: 24 Innovation (verb): demonstrating a passion for creativity in all that we do. 25 “I enjoyed being part of a team effort that has the ability to improve the company in a significant way.” Synonym: 1. We approach challenges and adversity in a nimble manner, with optimism and a can-do attitude. 26 Teamwork 27 Definition: 28 Teamwork (verb): acting and moving together. Synonyms: 1. We embrace lively discussions, collaborative decision-making and clear communications. 2. We commit to getting to know one another better, so that we may better understand and learn from each other. 29 “Typically values are determined from the top down. It’s refreshing to draft and implement them from the bottom up. It’s been very rewarding to feel that my voice was heard in the process.” 30 Responsibility 31 Definition: 32 Responsibility (verb): doing what is expected and trusted. Synonym: 1.
