a stamp format enter the number of formats required in the quantity
box e.g. for 1 block 2 x 3 enter quantity “1”.
Step 2 Please add the appropriate handling fees. If placing a multiple order
for delivery to one address there will be only one handling charge, the
highest fee applying if it contains a bulky item.
Step 3 When you have entered your requirements, total the cost of all items on
line A, your handling charge on line B and the total of A+B on line C.
Step 4 Please complete all the sections below. You will find your personal
reference number on your last Despatch Note.
