Arrival
We recommend that you check in at the Spa Reception at least 20 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment.
This allows yourself time to prepare in bathrobe and slippers and take advantage of the Spa facilities to enhance your Spa
experience. Please note that late arrivals will not receive an extension of the scheduled treatment and the service will be
fully charged.
Booking
We highly recommend that you book your treatment one day in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service are
available. Reservations for non-resident guests require a credit card to guarantee the appointment. A confirmation card
is sent to the hotel Guest room and a confirmation by phone or email is done for non-residents guests the previous day.
Cancellation policy
In case you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask you to notify us at least 12 hours before
to avoid a 100% charge.
Changing rooms/ lockers
Individual lockers are available for your comfort. Bathrobes, slippers and all the necessary supplies will be at your
disposal inside the changing rooms.

In keeping our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after each
treatment and guest use.
Dress code
For your comfort, hotel Guests are entitled to come to the Spa wearing a bathrobe. For your comfort, disposal
undergarment may be worn during treatments. If you have forgotten your swimsuit, you can buy one at our Spa
front desk. Athletic shoes are required when entering the fitness. No flip-flops or slippers are allowed in the Fitness.
Fitness
A personal trainer is at your disposal for personalized coaching lessons. We recommend you to book this service
24 hours in advance. For any additional information or booking, please contact our Spa Receptionist. A parent or
adult is required to be present for children under 16 years old anytime when using the fitness.
Gift certificates
Beautifully presented, our Spa gift certificates are the perfect gift for any occasion. They are available anytime at the
Spa desk. Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable and are valid for one year.
Health consideration
While booking your treatment, please notify our Spa Receptionist of any health concerns. These include: high
blood pressure, heart condition, allergies or pregnancy. A health questionnaire will have to be fulfilled before any
Spa treatment. It is necessary to check with your doctor your capacity to withstand heat. Heat is not recommended
for people suffering from high blood pressure and circulation problems, asthma or respiratory troubles.
Hair salon
The Hair Salon opens Monday from 9:30am to 6:00pm and Tuesday to Saturday from 9:30am to 6:30pm. For any
reservation, please contact the Hair Salon desk at 01 53 43 41 71 or dial 4171 for hotel Guests.
In-room services
Massages, manicures and pedicures can be booked as in-room services.
To schedule in-room service, we can easily be reached by using the Spa button on your keypad. This service is
charged €50, in addition to the treatment.
Loss or damage
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. We recommend you to keep
your valuables locked in your locker during your visit or in the safe provided in your guest room. The Spa does not
assume liability for any valuables.
Mobiles Phones
Our Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. For the comfort of the others, we would appreciate that
you turn off your cell phones or other electronic devices inside the Spa. If you wish to receive messages during your
time at the Spa, please let our Spa Receptionists know and we would be happy to assist you.
Pregnancy
We have specially designed treatments for mothers-to-be. Our Spa receptionists will guide you in selecting treatments that are the most suitable for you during this special time. Treatments may be booked after the first trimester
of pregnancy.
Pool
The pool is located on the 6th floor and exclusively for the use of hotel Guests. A parent/adult is required to be present
for guests under 16 years old anytime when using the pool. Towels and bathrobes are provided.
Spa Kids Club “Les Amis d’Hippolyte”
Only available for guests having a treatment. We recommend you to make a reservation 24 hours in advance.
Spa Packages
Information on special Spa packages or group programs can be obtained by contacting the Spa receptionists at
01 53 43 41 67. Reservation required 72 hours in advance.
Spa Products
A great selection of Spa products, among them the products used in the treatments, are available for purchase at the
Spa Boutique located at the Spa on the first floor.
