Formal Gardens Nestled between the
Mansion Museum and the former Guest House, the
gardens retain the same tranquil beauty they have
had since the early 1900s. This is an ideal setting
for an outdoor wedding ceremony with a capacity
of 150.

Anne Kuchinka Amphitheater This
1,400 seat, one-of-a-kind, outdoor theater has been
the site of many concerts and events since the
1930s. Perfect for large weddings, graduations,
speaking engagements and much more.

Caddy Camp Built in the 1930s by the Civilian
Conservation Corps (CCC), this quaint building served as
the dining hall for golf caddy’s through the 1990’s. Now
open to the public, the cottage-like structure nestled within
the Crispin Golf Course lends itself to many opportunities
such as golf outings, intimate gatherings, rehearsal dinners,
birthday parties and many others. The building is equipped
with a full kitchen, fireplace, heating/air-conditioning and
outdoor seating area with a capacity of 70.

Hess Shelter
Perfect for family gatherings,
Hess Shelter is located near Schenk Lake, the
children’s playground and miniature golf course. It
features a kitchen, stove/oven, sink, refrigerator,
freezer, electricity, restrooms, charcoal grill, fireplace,
20 picnic tables and a capacity of 200.
Haller Shelter Located near the outdoor pool
and tennis courts, this shelter is a popular choice for
golf outings, steak frys, and family reunions. Features
include kitchen, stove/oven, sink, refrigerator, freezer,
electricity, new-detached restrooms, charcoal grill,
fireplace, 20 picnic tables and a capacity of 200.
Levenson Shelter Located near Camp Russel
and Site One, this shelter offers privacy and a large
parking area. Within walking distance to the Schenk
Lake area and Good Zoo, this shelter has a kitchen,
stove/oven, sink, refrigerator, freezer, electricity,
restrooms, charcoal grill and 20 picnic tables with a
capacity of 200.
Wagon Shed A classic stable design located near
Hess Shelter, Schenk Lake, the children’s playground and
the miniature golf course. Features electricity only and
restrooms located at the nearby Hess Shelter and Lake
area. It contains 12 picnic tables and a capacity of 100.

Driehorst Shelter Located between the
outdoor pool and the lake area, this shelter features
restrooms, electricity, fireplace, charcoal grill, 8 picnic

Camp Russel Built in the 1930s by the Civilian
Conservation Corps (CCC), this location is often used for
educational programs. Its country setting lends itself to
receptions, family gatherings, birthday parties and many
others. The building is equipped with a full kitchen, walkin cooler/freezer, fireplace and has 20 banquet tables and
200 black plastic chairs,
