Party Organisers Information
Could the party organiser please be aware that the following guidelines must be adhered to at all
times Failure to abide could result in the termination of the party.
• A maximum of 30 children per party
• An age restriction of under 11’s only
• There must be parental supervision of children at all times
• The bouncy castle must be monitored by an adult at all times when in use
• All breakages/damages must be paid for
• The building must be left as found (Clean and Tidy) We will supply broom
• Private activities should be authorised by centre management. Insurance documents are required.
• No Alcohol on premises at all
• The Millennium Centre has a no smoking policy, in or around the building
• In the event of a fire drill or evacuation, no refunds will be given
• Fire assembly point on car park (Please do not leave the site until you have been accounted for)
Accidents must be reported to on site staff (First aider always on site)
• We can provide a CD/ipod docking station player. You must provide your music cd’s
• We do not cater food for parties, neither do we loan out catering equipment, therefore bring everything
with you

All parties are 2 hours long and cost £80
(unless otherwise stated)
A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required on booking the
party and the balance is to be paid 14 days prior to party.
This may vary, Please ask upon booking your party.
Please be aware that you are responsible for all children and guests who
attend your party, also the room should be left as found,
Otherwise a cleaning charge will be applied.
