TO REGISTER or DONATE ONLINE: KOHNJ.ORG
You will have the option to register as an individual, join an existing team or create a new team. Everyone who registers online for a
walk will have the option to create a PERSONAL fundraising page. If you register for a walk AND CREATE A TEAM, you will be the
Team Captain and have the option to create a TEAM fundraising page in addition to your PERSONAL fundraising page. Donations
made online can be made in support of a walker or team if desired.
INDIVIDUAL PAPER REGISTRATIONS and DONATIONS: Fill out the form below and make checks payable to KOHNJ.
Registrations and Donations can be:
1) Brought with you the day of the walk OR
2) Mailed with your check payable to KOHNJ to Kaleidoscope of Hope, PO Box 1124, Madison, NJ 07940.
MAILED REGISTRATIONS MUST BE POSTMARKED ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE WALK DATE!
