Brill® Frozen Cookie Dough Pucks are formulated and cut to
look homemade, baking up moist and delicious every time. They
incorporate large chunks of high-quality chocolate, nuts, fruit
and candy—the perfect treat for cookie lovers and a profitable
offering for any operation!
QUALIFYING RULES:
1. Rebate offer valid for eligible foodservice
operators in the United States only, including
regional chains, independent restaurant
operators, contracted non-commercial foodservice
accounts and K-12 schools/districts not on bid.
2. Bid, contracted and national restaurant chains
are not eligible for rebate. Foodservice suppliers
and distributors are not eligible for rebate.
3. Earn $5/case with maximum of 20 cases,
$2/case with maximum of 50 cases, or
combination of cases with total rebate not
to exceed $100, during promotional period of
September 1, 2014 through November 30, 2014.
4. Rebate offer cannot be combined with other
rebates, offers or promotions.
8. All information must be complete for rebate to be
processed. CSM Bakery Products is not responsible for
lost, late, damaged, misdirected or postage-due mail.
9. All claims must be postmarked by December 1, 2014.
Rebate will be processed within 10 days of receipt,
assuming correct documentation is included.
