selecting Cape Fox Lodge you will receive nothing but the best in product, service and knowledge of
the industry. We strive to give all our customers, large or small, the best experience one could ask
for. Throughout our presentation you will see the different types of offerings we provide to our
guest, and want to also let you know that we know most events are custom to the people holding
them. With that being said, Cape Fox Lodge offers the most extensive customizable catering needs
in the area, our Food and Beverage Director paired with our award winning Chef will customize
your event and menu based on your desires, at no additional charges.
Our main meeting rooms offer every needed amenity and can handle groups from under 10
to over 200 participants. In addition, our well-appointed Blue Heron and Thunderbird Suites can be
utilized for breakout rooms to accommodate smaller groups and meetings. We are located next door
to the Ted Ferry Civic Center, which can handle up to 500 people for your larger events. Below is
an outline of our facilities for your review. We do offer off site catering for your special event to
anywhere in the Ketchikan area, as well as all Allen Marine Tour Boats.
Shaa Hit Room
Shaa Hit Room (The Mountain Room) - This large banquet and conference room (64' x 26') can
handle up to 150 people for a reception and 120 for a full banquet. It can also be split with
soundproof dividers to accommodate smaller groups with ease (Shaa hit A = 25'x26', Shaa Hit B =
39'x26'). Scenic views include Deer Mountain, Ketchikan Creek, and Bear Valley.
The Naa Kaani
Naa Kaani Room (The Council Room) - At 10'x20', this room is perfect for board retreats, this room
serves 12 in a dinner setting. Attendees will delight in the views of the harbor, Tongass Narrows and
Historic Downtown Ketchikan.
