SCOTTSDALE,Arizona(March30,2016)—SkySong4isclosinginoncompletion,witha
keyconstructionmilestonebeingmarkedinaceremonytomorrow.
SkySong4is“toppedout,”meaningthestructuralsteelintheconstructionbuildinghas
reachedthebuilding’sfinalheight.
TheSkySong4constructionteamwillcelebratethemilestoneata“ToppingOutParty,”
tobeheldat11:00a.m.onThursday,March31atthefrontofthebuildingfacingSkySong
BoulevardandScottsdaleRoad.Membersofthemediaareinvitedtoattend,andareaskedto
checkinattheDPRConstructiontrailerforsafetyreasons.
TheconstructionofSkySong4hasgoneextremelysmoothlyduringthewinterand
springmonths,andthetoppingoutcomesafterjust41/2monthsofconstruction.Thebuilding
isscheduledtoopeninthesummerorfallof2016.
“SkySong4willcontinuethetraditionofdynamicdesign,greenconstructionand
innovativefeaturestheprojectasawholehasbecomeknownfor,”saidSharonHarper,
