Beans creates fresh, playful handmade greeting cards and instant snow gifts. Our cards are handmade in the U.S. by Goodwill, North
America’s largest non-profit employer of disadvantaged and disabled people. Launched at the 2006 National Stationery Show, our
young California-based company’s products are now sold by about 1,000 card, gift, and resort retailers.

Jumping Cracker Beans, LLC strives to conduct business in an earth- and community-friendly manner.

Our Management Team
Key to the success of Jumping Cracker Beans, LLC is the creativity and product management skills of the founders. Judy Magee Dugan, Co-owner & Creative Director, brings a diverse background in graphic design, writing, and publishing. As
an entrepreneur, Judy designed and published two books under her own imprint, Jama Books. One of these books, after sale
to a larger publisher, became a New York Times Business Best Seller and winner of Publisher’s Marketing Association Benjamin
Franklin Award for Innovative Independent Publishing. Judy also designed and patented a novel children’s book structure. Julia Cramer-Murphy, Co-owner & Business Director, has Fortune 500 corporate product management background, including nearly a decade of developing products and taking them to market for FedEx Freight. After successfully bringing the
Freight subsidiary money-back guarantee to the market, thus aligning with the company’s flagship Express service moneyback guarantee, she earned the FedEx Five-Star Award, the company’s top employee honor.
