To be successful, you need to present your ideas with confidence and conviction. Only a small number of people find public speaking this easy, but everyone can learn not only to endure presenting but even to enjoy it. ABOUT THE TRAINER Dr. Michael C.F. Fong has more than 16 years experiences in the area of sales & marketing. He has worked for Swiss/American MNC & public-listed companies in both manufacturing & trading of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). Dr. Fong is an associate of the faculty with the University of Western Sydney, Bradford University, Okhaloma City University, Edith Cowan University, Curtin University, Central Queensland University, National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, SIM, MDIS, Nanyang Polytechnic & Singapore Polytechnic. He hold a Master of Arts degree in Communication Management from the University of South Australia & a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Melbourne. A doctor of philosophy, with his Ph.D thesis done on the complexities of the Asian FMCG market.
