“OrganWise Guys” Grant to Help 11 Elementary Schools Put More

$55,000 “OrganWise Guys” Grant to Help 11 Elementary Schools Put More Emphasis on Healthy Eating & Exercise Shelby County Schools' Coordinated School Health Department was awarded a $55,000 grant by BlueCross BlueShield to pilot the OrganWise Guys health and wellness program at 11 elementary schools. The money will pay for three years worth of student workbooks, videos and other classroom instructional supplies that teach children about the importance of eating right and exercising.
