you what bus you are riding.
Students and chaperones will meet
outside their assigned bus and will
board together.
During drop-off time, please make sure
that your student has his/her medication
for the trip. Teachers are not allowed to
carry or administer medicine on

•
You do not need ANY doctor forms.

state, so nothing in the health room can go with the
teacher.
• If a student needs medication (prescription or over-thecounter) on the trip, the student must carry and administer
all medications themselves.
• If you need another copy of medical/permission form, they
are available at the back of the room or from your child’s
homeroom teacher.
Essential Information…things to remember:
Pack a light rain jacket—wear tennis shoes (no flip flops or opentoed shoes, please)
Cameras are allowed. Other electronics are allowed also;
however, the school nor its staff is responsible for the loss, theft,
or destruction of any electronics. All BYOD guidelines apply on
the field trip.
Bring books/puzzle books/games for bus
Pack sunscreen (students will “self-administer”)

be expected to stay in their assigned room with their chaperone.
