Luggage will be dropped off at your assigned bus. Look for the signs telling you what bus you are riding. Students and chaperones will meet outside their assigned bus and will board together. During drop-off time, please make sure that your student has his/her medication for the trip. Teachers are not allowed to carry or administer medicine on out-of-state field trips. Our estimated return time on Tuesday, March 28th, is 9:30pm. We will disembark in the front of the school. The school will send messages via phone and Twitter if our return time will differ significantly. Transportation and Parking If you are a chaperone, you must park your car in the upper parking lot at the school. Because chaperones will be responsible for their student group on the bus, at the hotel, and while we visit the sites, all adults accompanying us to the Williamsburg are expected to ride the charter buses.
