PARKING IN HAARLEM
Street parking
There are a limited number of parking spaces on the city centre streets. You can, however, still park
your car in a number of streets. You are required to pay a parking fee between 9am and 11pm,
Monday through Saturday. You will have to either buy a ticket from a machine or put money into the
parking-meter next to your parking space. Parking in Haarlem is free from Saturday 11pm through
Monday 9am.

Car parks
The centre of Haarlem has five car parks, in which you can park your car safely. The car parks are
open 24 hours a day. You will see signs to the car parks as you drive into Haarlem. When entering the
city you will see sings directing you to the parking garages. Parking ( De Appelaar) is the nearest to
the hotel (50 meters).

Long stay rates (week and month tickets)
At every parking garage you can buy a week or month ticket in the ticket device. With these tickets
you can park in garages P1 (stationsplein) P2 (Houtplein) P3(Raaks) and P5(De Kamp), also for one
week. At garage P4( De Appelaar) it is not permitted to park with this week/month ticket . Of course
it is also allowed to park for less than one week/month. The price for a week ticket is €62,03. For a
month ticket, you pay €123,92.
Free parking in Haarlem
Another option is to park at the P+R parking next to the IKEA. IKEA is located next to the railway
station Haarlem-Spaarnwoude and from here it is 2 minutes by train to Haarlem Central Station.
From Central Station it is about 10 minutes walk to our hotel. Parking in the parking lot of P+R is
free.There are also buses to Haarlem Central Station and downtown. You can also call taxi Adriaan
0031 23 - 5400400, they will bring you for € 7,50 in the front of the hotel.
