Yearbook Signing – Tomorrow, Wednesday June 3
The Kittredge School yearbooks will be distributed tomorrow. Kevin and the Yearbook Committee
worked hard to use pictures that will stir memories of this year for students throughout the school.
Yearbook signing will be tomorrow afternoon. The cost to purchase a book is $20.

Field Day is This Friday, June 5!
Our PE teachers, Ms. Gules and Ms. Perkins have been hard at work putting together another great
Kittredge School Field Day. Once again, the whole school will go to Peacock Meadow in Golden Gate
Park and enjoy team games and activities. A Field Day letter with all the details about team colors and
supplies needed for the day was emailed last week. All students should wear their team color on Field
Day. Thank you KPA for so generously funding this event.

Eighth Grade Graduation – June 9 at Noon
Everyone is invited to join us in celebrating the graduation of the Kittredge School Class of 2015. The
ceremony is in Kanbar Hall at the JCCSF (the same place as our Talent Show) at noon and it lasts about
90 minutes. It’s guaranteed to be a beautiful ceremony and some teachers may still be looking for drivers,
so please let your child’s teacher know if you can attend.

Kittredge Photo Album
There is one more chance to order a gorgeous Kittredge Photo Book capturing the joy of each and every
Kittredge student, artfully created by Ms. Perkins and Ms. Gules. The cost is $75, which must be
delivered to Trudy by Friday, June 5. Checks should be payable to KPA. Please note that the books will
arrive after school ends, but we can make arrangements for you to pick them up during summer school or
in the fall. Thank you for your support of Kittredge through the KPA.

Thanks for reading the Kittredge Konnection. It’s been a great year and we all look forward to
starting things up again in September! Next year’s calendar and a copy of the Field Day letter are
attached below. Please note that our Habits of Mind will still be added to the calendar. An updated
and completed calendar will be sent in the summer.

Kittredge School Field Day 2015
As you all know Friday, June 5 is our school Field Day! The kids will all be getting to Peacock
Meadow around 10:00 with their class. At that point we will start our fun activities for the day! Below is a
list with each team-color breakdown. In this list you can find your child’s team and color. I am asking
them to wear their team color to show their team spirit for the day. Because each student will be given a
Field Day T-shirt to wear that day, I am asking they get creative with their team color. This can be pants,
shorts, socks, shoes, headbands, hats, even wigs are encouraged! Please have your child bring a healthy,
filling lunch. It is going to be a long, active day! Blankets are encouraged for the giant picnic. And most
of all, a smile for a day of fun!
