welcome aboard services 47, X47 & N37
We’ve made some changes to your local buses:
• X47: On Monday to Fridays, some morning journeys towards
Penicuik and some afternoon journeys from Penicuik
will run limited stop as service X47 via Easter Bush.
Service X47 will serve all stops from Granton to
Surgeons’ Hall and then Newington Road, Cameron Toll,
Liberton Brae (at Cemetery), Mortonhall Crematorium
and then all stops to Penicuik via Easter Bush. These
changes are made following consultation with staff and
students at Easter Bush and provide more seats and
more direct journeys at busy times.
• 47: Minor changes to Saturday & Sunday timetables.
• N37: No changes.
Service 47/X47 will no longer stop on Forrest Road.

Service X47: Granton – Penicuik Ladywood Granton Harbour then as 47 route to A701, then
A703 Seafield Moor Road, unnamed road, Gowkley Moss Roundabout, then as 47 route to Penicuik
Ladywood. Return via 47 route reversed to Gowkley Moss Roundabout, then unnamed road, Bush
Road, Seafield, A703 Seafield Moor Road, A701 then as 47 route to Granton Harbour.
