• 1 flair rhinestone button
• 2 small flower darlings
• 2 large sunburst flowers
• 2 small sunburst flowers
• ½ strip darling ruffles
• 2 dangle elements

SUPPLIES NEEDED
• 9" x 5" white/cream felt rectangle
• 4" x 4" white tulle/netting
• 3 small pearls (big enough to fit
in the sunburst flowers)
• glue gun/sticks
• scissors
• ribbon
• paper piercer (or something to poke
small holes into felt)
• 6 (10 mm) jump rings
TO MAKE LAYOUT:
STEP ONE
Hot glue Parisian Anthology flair
rhinestone button to large sunburst
flower.
STEP TWO
Hot glue pearls to the other large Parisian
Anthology sunburst flower & the 2 small
PA sunburst flowers. Set aside.
STEP THREE
Add 1 jump ring to the 2 Parisian
Anthology dangle elements. Set aside.
STEP FOUR
On your felt piece, design your wearable
art with 2 small Parisian Anthology flower
darlings, 4 Parisian Anthology sunburst
flowers & bits of the Parisian Anthology
ruffle darlings.
STEP FIVE
Starting on one side hot glue pieces down
with just one little dot of glue so as to leave
some edges available to add tulle later. Use
your Parisian Anthology ruffle darlings to fill in
areas & give some added interest.
STEP SIX
Cut small circles of tulle & glue in areas around
elements to ‘fill in’.
STEP SEVEN
Once you love the way it looks, add more glue
to make sure it’s secure.
STEP EIGHT
Trim felt around your artwork.
STEP NINE
With paper piercer, punch holes in felt for
jump rings. Attach 2 jump rings on each side
of felt piece.
STEP TEN
Cut off 12” of black ribbon & tie around 1 Parisian
Anthology dangle element with jump ring.
STEP ELEVEN
Fold black ribbon in half & cut so you have
2 pieces.
STEP TWELVE
Thread each piece of ribbon on each side
through the jump rings to the midsection
of the ribbon. Tie onto each jump ring
making several knots so it’s a big chunky
knot.
STEP THIRTEEN
Tie a bow with the dangle element on 1
side of your necklace to add flair & voila!
