fulfillment accelerated rapidly. The decision was made to launch

have to have one. “It’s the only way
to prevent another 9/11. It’s the only
way to combat terrorism,” they say.
STOP! Hold on a minute. I think
we’ve gotten so close to the trees
that we can’t see the forest. We are
missing something here!

230 Years without a national ID
We’ve gotten along for 230 years in this nation without
a national ID card. Do we really have to, after all this
time, suddenly give every American an ID? Do we want a
national database with information on every citizen that
can be pulled up at the click of a computer mouse?
I’m sure that’s not what most Americans want. Why
must we have it then? How have we gotten along for
230 years without being numbered and controlled
by a national database? And what has changed that
we are now being told that we absolutely must have
these instruments of control imposed upon us?
What has changed?
For the last 230 years, the United States has relied
on its borders to provide a safe and secure nation.
However, in recent years ‘wiser’ voices have led us down
the path of the global village, better known as world
government and commonly referred to as globalization.
The world planners have told us that all nations are now
interdependent and that we must now think globally.
Terms like ‘world community’ and ‘international
community’ have easily slipped into the global lexicon.
It’s the borders, stupid!
Do I dare say the obvious? We’ve gotten along without a
national ID for 230 years because we’ve had enforceable and
defensible borders. The globalists would like to tell us that
this just isn’t possible, but it’s been possible for 230 years!
Our government can send a man to the moon but
seemingly can’t figure out how to defend our borders—
something we’ve been doing for 230 years. Amazing!
Borders aren’t really that hard.
Our friend Israel knows how to maintain a border.
It’s quite simple. In rural open areas, they build an eight
or ten foot fence with a dirt road running alongside of
it. Every two to four hours, the border patrol comes
along in a jeep equipped with a road sweeper. As the
border patrol drives along the road, they look for
footprints — the telltale sign that someone has crossed
the fence and entered the country. If footprints are
spotted, the alarm is sounded and the search is on.
But we couldn’t possibly afford to build a fence along
our entire 2,000-mile border, the argument goes.
Sure we could! If Israel, a nation of 6 million can build
a 450-mile fence, surely a nation of 300 million can build
a 2,000-mile fence…unless we don’t want to. Perhaps the
powers-that-be fear the establishment of defensible borders
would bring an end to their utopian dream of global society.

Drunk on the wine of globalization
Are we so drunk on the wine of globalization that we can’t
recognize it isn’t working? Will anyone dare stand up and
state the obvious… “The emperor has no clothes on?”
It’s time to admit that world government doesn’t
work and that the nation-state has worked nicely for
230 years. In the nation-state, you don’t need an ID
card. You can go anywhere you want within the safe and
secure borders of your nation. Now that is freedom!
Yes, there is an answer to international terrorism
that doesn’t require the surrendering of hard-won
freedoms. It’s just happens to be the answer that world
leaders don’t want to hear. One-world government
(globalization) simply doesn’t work. Globalization has
wrecked the backbone of the American economy. It
has brought high gas prices and reduced wages.
Bring back secure borders and pass a law against a national
ID and against the establishment of a national database. Did
I hear someone say, “Give me liberty, or give me death?”

In this day of interdependence and
globalization, how do you control the populace of the
world? How can governmental leaders provide security
from terrorism for those they are entrusted to govern?
Back when borders were really borders, foreigners
(remember that word?) were rare and those who did
immigrate to America came to fit in. They learned
our language, adopted our culture and converted
to our religions. They became Americans.
With the onset of globalism and one-worldism,
borders have become virtually meaningless. Cultures have
intermingled, and nations have lost their identities—
especially in America. To suggest that the U.S. is a ‘Christian’
nation evokes howls of outrage from certain elements
of society. Our Judeo-Christian values have even been
banished from government property by the courts.
So if we don’t govern a nation and preserve its values
with borders, how can it be done? A recent novel idea
has emerged around the world. The U.S. government has
decided to give everyone a national ID with a number that
can be entered into a national (soon to be global) database.
Since all Americans already have Social Security numbers,
the government has mandated that you must give your Social
Security number in order to receive your new national ID.
Once we have a national ID card that requires a
number, we can be controlled by the use of databases and
computers. If our ID is unacceptable, we won’t board an
airplane, open a bank account or hold a job. Amazing!
Borders are being replaced with ID cards. We
used to travel freely within the borders of our
nation. Now we must be tracked everywhere, and
freedom has now been replaced by control. The
price of globalization is constant surveillance.

Euphrates River to Be Dried Up ü
In revelation 16:12, the bible predicts that the euphrates river will be
dried up to prepare the way for the kings of the East to invade Israel. This will
happen at the time of the battle of Armageddon according to verse 16 of the
same chapter. The battle of Armageddon will be the final battle during which
Jesus will return and fight on the side of the nation of Israel. Immediately
thereafter He will establish His kingdom and usher in His one-thousand year
reign of peace. On January 13, 1990, the Indianapolis Star carried the headline
“Turkey Will Cut Off Flow of Euphrates for One Month.” The article stated
that a huge reservoir had been built by Turkey. While filling up the reservoir,
the flow of the Euphrates would be stopped for one month and a concrete
plug for a diversion channel built. These things have now been done. With this
newly built dam, Turkey has the ability to stop the Euphrates River at will. The
conditions for fulfilling this 1,900-year-old prophecy are now in place.
China Goes to War ü
9:15-16, the bible prophesies that an army of 200 million
soldiers will launch a war which will kill “the third part of men.” Never in the
history of the world until our present generation has there been a power on
earth that could field 200 million soldiers. However, the late ruler of China
Mao Tse Tung boasted in his diary that he could field an army of 200 million.
The CIA World Factbook reported that in the year 2001 it was estimated that
China had 200,866,946 men of military age and that this number is growing
by 10 million per year.

Worldwide Numbering System Predicted ü
13, the bible prophesies that a world dictator will soon
rule over a world government. He will cause all people on the earth to receive
a number without which they will be unable to buy or sell. We are seeing this
prophecy fulfilled before our eyes in a most astonishing way. Nearly every
human being in the world has now been assigned a number. In America, it is
our Social Security number. In the past few years, we have seen this number
extended to newborns. A child without a Social Security number cannot be
declared as a dependent on an income tax return. We have seen the emergence
of electronic money, shopping with credit cards, and many people actually
urging the abolition of cash. All of these things could not possibly have been
fulfilled until this present time. Only after the invention of the computer could
such a worldwide numbering system be administered.

13:7 and daniel 7:23 prophesy the establishment of a world
government. The term “New World Order” has become a prevalent phrase
in the world’s political culture. Mikhail Gorbachev made the term famous,
and Pope John Paul II referred to it repeatedly. In the September 12, 1990
issue of the Chicago Tribune, our former president George Bush said, “Iraq
is the first test for the New World Order.” He emphatically stated that the
Iraq War was Saddam Hussein against the world. The United Nations’ troops
are continually referred to as the multi-national forces. The decision has been
made to establish an interdependent community of nations that will rule the
world under United Nations authority. The Bible says that this will lead us into
a great world government. The formation of this government is at hand.

have a bank account, how much
buying or selling will we be able to
do? The question has to be asked:

will be implemented over the next two
years—be the mark of the beast?”

For many years, advocates of socialistic big government have
promoted the establishment of a national ID card. The American
public has steadfastly resisted this encroachment upon individual
liberties, not wanting to become a number in the government’s
computer.
When it created the Department of Homeland Security after
9/11, Congress made it clear in the enabling legislation that the
agency could not create a national ID system. In September 2004,
then-DHS Secretary Tom Ridge reiterated, “The legislation that
created the Department of Homeland Security was very specific
on the question of a national ID card. They said there will be no
national ID card.”
However, when the Homeland Security Commission presented
their recommendation for responding to 9/11, there it was… as
big as Dallas. On page 407 of the 9/11 Report, it states, “Secure
identification should begin in the United States. The federal government should set standards for the issuance of birth certificates
and sources of identification, such as drivers’ licenses.”
Those who have long salivated over imposing a controlled
society upon America grabbed the 9/11 baton and ran with it!
Knowing that Americans did not want a national ID card, the ‘Big
Brother-ites’ decided to pass the National ID Act by stealth. First
of all, they called it the Real ID Act, and then attached it to a huge
appropriations bill for our troops in Iraq so that no member of
Congress would dare vote against it.
On May 10, 2005, the bill creating a national ID passed by a vote
in the Senate of 100-0. The next day, May 11, 2005, President

George W. Bush signed the bill into
law. Just like that—the handcuffs
were snapped around the wrists of
Americans. The ‘land of the free and
the home of the brave’ became the
land of the controlled and the home of
the scared.
What will the Real ID
Act actually do?
In layman’s language, the Real ID Act
mandates that all states in the U.S. must
standardize procedures for the granting
of drivers’ licenses and ID cards. The
state must require before issuing a drivers’ license or ID card the following
documentation:
(A) A photo identity document, except that a non-photo identity document is acceptable if it includes both
the person’s full legal name and date of
birth.
(B) Documentation showing the person’s date of birth.
(C) Proof of the person’s Social Security account number or verification
that the person is not eligible for a Social Security account number.
(D) Documentation showing the
person’s name and address of principal
residence.
Please notice that one of the mandatory requirements to get your ID
card is the presentation of your Social
Security number. Your Social Security
number is what makes you trackable.
It enables the government to enter
information —lots of information
about you—into its database, and then
retrieve it at the push of a button.
What if you do not get a national ID?
This comes straight from the text of the
Real ID Act: “Beginning 3 years after
the date of the enactment of this Act, a
Federal agency may not accept, for any
official purpose, a driver’s license or
identification card issued by a State to
any person unless the state is meeting
the requirements of this section.”
Notice that this paragraph sets the
deadline for the final implementation
of the national ID. It specifically sets
May 11, 2008—3 years after the enactment of the law on May 11, 2005.
It also states that a Federal agency
may not accept ‘for any official purpose’ a driver’s license or ID card issued by a State unless the State is meeting the requirements of the Real ID
Act. What does this mean?
It means that you must have this new

national ID to board an airplane, enter
a federal building where ID is required,
open a bank account or hold a job. Furthermore, if you refuse to get this new
national ID, you will not be able to legally drive your car (since your driver’s
license will now be your national ID).
How will a person function in a modern society if he cannot drive, fly, hold
a job or have a bank account? It is obviously going to be nearly impossible!
The big lie
Defenders of the Real ID Act say that
the Real ID is not a national ID. They
deceptively argue that states do not
have to comply with the federally set
standards of the Real ID Act.
Technically, they do not have to comply, but if they do not, none of their
citizens can board a plane, hold a job
or open a bank account. Oh, yes - one
more thing. Any state that does not link
its database, containing records on all
drivers and ID holders, to the database
of the other 49 states loses its federal
funding. But, of course, it is not mandatory! Sounds very much like the ‘voluntary’ income tax to me!
Anyone who tells you that the Real
ID is not a national ID is intentionally
lying or is incredibly ignorant.
Other nations have had
national IDs for a long time
The argument has been made that
many nations have had a national ID
for a long time, yet they have not taken the mark of the beast. Why should
we believe that the National ID Act
will usher in the mark of the beast in
America?
It is true that other nations have had
national IDs for some time. However, America has been regarded as the
world’s last bastion of freedom. If the
U.S. succumbs to the tyranny of total
governmental control, the last light of
freedom on earth will have been extinguished.
Furthermore, it can be demonstrated
that the prophesied time for the enactment of the mark of the beast has arrived. There are six prophecies that will
come to pass in the three and one-half
years immediately preceding the imposing of the mark of the beast. All of
these prophecies are in the process of
coming to pass right now. This enables
us to know that the mark of the beast is
just ahead. America simply cannot allow
the implementation of the national ID!
Six prophecies will immediately precede
the mark of the beast:
Middle East Peace Plan
The Bible foretells a peace plan for the
Middle East that will deal with the status of Jerusalem and the borders of the
Holy Land. The plan will be sponsored
and confirmed by the world community seven years before the Battle of
Armageddon. It is at the Battle of Armageddon that Jesus Christ returns to
earth, human government ends, and
the 1000-year reign of the kingdom of
God begins.
Such a plan now exists. The Roadmap for Peace was authored in 2002 by
“The Quartet,” consisting of the United States, the European Union, Russia
and the United Nations. It was accepted
by Israel and the Palestinians in June
of 2003, but has not yet been implemented. The Roadmap is a peace plan
for the Middle East and calls for settling
the status of Jerusalem and the borders
between Israel and the Palestinians.
After Israel’s unilateral withdrawal
from Gaza in August of 2005, the
world community believed this action
by Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon
might put the Roadmap for Peace back
on track. The Quartet met at the UN
on September 20, 2005, to “reaffirm”
the world’s support for the Roadmap.
We are not sure that the prophesied
‘covenant’ has yet been ‘confirmed,’
triggering the beginning of the final
seven years. However, it does seem certain that the Roadmap for Peace is the
mechanism for the “confirmation of
the covenan,” whenever it does occur.
World War III
Another prophecy found in Revelation
9:13-20 states that a war will originate
from the area of the Euphrates River
and will ultimately result in the killing of “one-third part of men.” The
vast majority of the Euphrates River
is in Iraq where the U.S. presently has
around 150,000 troops. This war that
will kill one-third of mankind (two billion people) must be completed at least
three and one-half years before the
Battle of Armageddon. It appears that
we are already in the beginning stages
of that Euphrates River war.
Great tribulation in West Bank
In Matthew 24:15-16, Jesus prophesied
a time when the West Bank, the area
which Israelis call Judea, will become

a place of horrible persecution and
slaughter for Jews that remain there. Israel is presently building a wall, which
will separate Israel proper from the area
of Judea. Israeli Prime Minister Ehud
Olmert has publicly announced his intention to withdraw from Judea, leaving
the Jews who choose to stay there at the
mercy of the Palestinians. He says this
withdrawal will be completed within
four years.
Jesus called the coming slaughter in
Judea the great tribulation. He said,
“Then shall be great tribulation, such
as was not since the beginning of the
world to this time, no, nor shall ever be.”
The three and one-half years of great
tribulation is also the time when the
mark of the beast will be enacted upon
earth. The wall separating Judea from
the protection of Israel is scheduled for
completion by the end of 2007.
Rebuilding of the Temple on the
Temple Mount
Several different places in scripture
prophesy that the Jews will build their
temple on the Temple Mount just before the final three and one-half years
of great tribulation. Two of these
prophecies are found in 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 and Revelation 11:1-2.
There has been no Jewish temple on
earth since the Second Temple was destroyed in 70 AD. Over the past several
years, the Temple Institute in Jerusalem
has been building the furniture and recreating the utensils for temple worship
in anticipation of the time when the
temple will, in fact, be rebuilt. The construction of all the temple furniture is
now completed and is on display at the
Temple Institute in Jerusalem.
In June of 2005, the historic announcement was made by the recently
reborn Sanhedrin in Israel: “…the decision has been made to begin the actual
rebuilding of Israel’s Third Temple.”
The Sanhedrin announced they will
build the temple offsite—prefabricating it like King Solomon built the First
Temple. Then, when the political situation allows, they will move it to the
Temple Mount for assembly.
Temple Mount under a
sharing arrangement
Revelation 11:1-2 depicts the Temple
Mount in Jerusalem under a sharing
arrangement forty-two months before
the Battle of Armageddon.
The Temple Mount is the most disputed 35 acres on earth. When negotiating the status of the Temple Mount
at Camp David in July of 2000, Yasser
Arafat and Israeli Prime Minister Ehud
Barak could not agree. Both contended
that they just could not surrender control of the Temple Mount. Finally, President Clinton suggested that Jews and
Muslims could simply share it, allowing
all religions to freely worship there. It
has now become generally accepted that
a sharing arrangement, as described in
scripture, is the only feasible solution to
the Temple Mount problem.
Temple Mount under international
control
When President Clinton suggested the
sharing of the Temple Mount, Arafat
said that it would not work. It would be
impossible for Jews and Arabs to worship
on the same 35 acres together, he said.

It is now or never! The Real ID Act must be stopped!
Together, we can do it, but we need every single person
to take action. REAL ID is being implemented right
now. This is our last chance to save America!
Barak contended that it could work. He
suggested that the holy site could be
placed under the international supervision of UN peacekeepers.
Amazingly, a Temple Mount under
international control in the times just

In 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4, the Apostle
Paul said that the son of perdition (the
Antichrist) would stand in the temple of
God claiming to be God. This passage
depicts the leader of the endtime world

rebuilt temple claiming to be the ultimate sovereign authority over the Temple Mount—just as Barak suggested.
Remember, all of the above prophecies are scheduled to come to pass
during the three and one-half years immediately preceding the final three and
one-half years known as the great tribulation. Since all of these prophecies are
in process of fulfillment right now, it is

Act be repealed immediately!

Unless it is stopped, the Real ID Act will
be implemented by 2008. The ‘mark of
the beast’ may not be enacted immediately, but whenever it does come into
force, it seems sure that the Real ID Act
will be the mechanism used for its enforcement—whether that time comes
in 2009, 2010 or 2011. We must stop

said that Iran’s nuclear intransigence left

political sanctions on Iran. Iranian
officials were not available to elaborate
on what Iran meant by “harm and pain.”

China has warned the United States
against sending “false signals” to Taiwan
by playing down a recent decision by
the island to do away with the National
Unification Council. Taiwan said that
the council had “ceased to function”

had “ceased to apply.” China regards
Taiwan as a province and has vowed to
prevent formal independence by force
if necessary. The United States has
pledged to help Taiwan defend itself.
U.S.-backed South Korean forces because
the two Koreas are technically still at war.
The comments came as North Korea
shows its displeasure with annual joint
South Korean-U.S. military exercises. A
spokesman for the North’s Korea People’s
Army (KPA) said distrust is high between
the United States and North Korea.
The 1950-1953 Korean War ended in
a truce and not a peace treaty so the
two Koreas are technically still at war.

home and car and logs on to his computer
using a chip he bought online and had

say putting radio-frequency identification

six-point ID verification program when he
went to the Motor Vehicle Commission
office in Wallington, NJ to renew his driver’s
license. The federal government mandated
that all states adopt a point-system by
2008 as part of the Real ID Act signed by
President Bush in 2005. Scott brought
his Social Security card and a photoidentification card, but didn’t meet the sixpoint requirements. He was told that he’d
need a primary document worth four points
like a valid or recently-expired passport and
a birth certificate. Scott is one of hundreds
of thousands of Americans from areas
of the rural South born before hospital
births were common and births were not
registered with local health departments.
“I served this country,” said Scott. “The
president didn’t want my birth certificate
when he sent his letter drafting me.”

A laptop with information on almost
200,000 current and former HP employees
was stolen, which puts them at risk of
identity fraud. The data includes names,
addresses, Social Security numbers,
dates of birth and other employmentrelated information. The stolen computer
belongs to Fidelity Investments, which
provides services to HP. In the last 13
months, more than 53 million personal
records have been exposed in dozens of
similar incidents. Consumers filed more
than 255,000 identity theft reports to the
Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in 2005.

If a policeman in Kansas stops you, the
officer may pull out a little black box
and take your fingerprints. The gadget
will allow officers to identify people by
fingerprints without hauling them to
the police station. Over the next year,
Kansas will test 60 of the devices with
law enforcement agencies around the
state. Similar tests are being planned
for New York, Milwaukee and Hawaii.

RFID specialist Impinj has devised a way
to make it easier for manufacturers and
stores to put RFID tags on individual
consumer items. Current tags are
designed to go on pallets and crates.
The new tags sport smaller antennas
and rely on the same processor but use
magnetic coupling to communicate. As
a result, the tags cost less and measure
as little as nine millimeters. Each tag
contains a unique number; the tags can
essentially act as serial numbers. Many
fear that corporations, law enforcement
agencies or governments will eventually
use the tags to track people’s movements
or purchases. In-Stat predicts 33
billion RFID tags in use by 2010.

set Israel’s final borders by 2010.

because of a dispute over whether

Latin America-Caribbean area to be
sanctioned by the United States under

Many years ago, I was in the checkout line at a Target store.
The total of my purchase came to $6.66. When the young
lady operating the cash register saw the total, I heard
her whisper under her breath, “Mark of the beast.”

quickly inquired, “What did you say?”
“I didn’t say anything,” she denied.
“I was sure I heard you say, ‘mark of the
beast’,” I said.
With a sheepish grin, she confessed, “I did.”
“How much do you know about that?” I asked.
“Not much,” she admitted.
“I know quite a bit about it,” I said. The line
building up behind me did not allow for any more
conversation, so I left my card and suggested she
call me if she ever wanted to learn more.

The mark of the beast
he one structure on earth today designed
to be a world government is the United
Nations. The number-one weapon the
UN uses to enforce the compliance of
nations to its edicts is economic sanctions.
Verses 16-17 describe the use of economic sanctions by the endtime world government, not just
against nations, but also against individuals.
“And he causeth all, both small and great, rich
and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their
right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man
might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the
name of the beast, or the number of his name.”
This prophecy foretells a time when every individual on earth will be required to have a number
without which he or she will not be able to buy or
sell.
In order to get this number, each person will be
required to pledge allegiance to the reigning system
of world government or to the man who will be
ruling the world at that time. This will be the ultimate implementation of economic sanctions. It will
be used to force obedience to the one-world government and the reigning world religious system.

he term ‘mark of the beast’ comes from a
prophecy in the Bible written about 2,000
years ago. The prophecy is found in Revelation, chapter 13.
The first eight verses of Revelation 13 foretell a
World Government and a World Leader who will
rule the world for forty-two months immediately
before the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.
Verses 7 and 8 describe the reign of the world
leader known as the Antichrist like this:
“… and power was given him over all kindreds,
and tongues, and nations. And all that dwell upon
the earth shall worship him, whose names are not
written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from
the foundation of the world.”
Verses 11-15 describe the global religious system
that will work hand-in-hand with the one-world
government. The leader over this world religious
system is described as looking like a lamb, com-
monly used in scripture to symbolize Jesus Christ,
but speaking like a dragon, which is used to symbolize the devil.
In another place in scripture, this leader, who
looks like Jesus but speaks like the Devil, is called
the False Prophet. The prophecy indicates that this
famous but fake religious leader will use his spiritual
influence to convince the people of the world to
give their allegiance to the Antichrist.

On the other hand, the prophecy states that any
person who takes this pledge of allegiance will be
sentenced to eternal damnation by God Himself
(Revelation 14:9-11).
Since this prophecy was written in approximately
96 AD, its fulfillment has never been possible - until
now! The ability to give every person on earth a
number and to control that person’s ability to buy
and sell has never before existed.
With the invention of the computer and the
birth of the Internet, the fulfillment of this ancient
prophecy has become all too possible!
How did the prophet know 2,000 years ago that
someday all we would need to buy things would be
a number? How did he know we would be able to
travel around the world using just a number or a
card to buy and sell?
Once again, we should remember: this 2,000year-old prophecy could not possibly have come to
pass until now.

The last verse of Revelation 13 comments about
the mark of the beast:
“Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the
number of a man; and his number is six hundred
threescore and six.”
Scripture defines the mark of the beast as the
mark of his name or the number of his name.
Somehow, when the Antichrist appears, we will
be able to calculate his name to equal 666. There
has been endless speculation concerning names of
leaders and names of governments that might be
calculated to somehow equal 666. As of this time,
we have not found a calculation that fulfills this
scripture beyond doubt.
A chip under the skin
The original Greek words in Revelation 13:18 that
were translated 666 are: chi xi stigma, pronounced
khee xee stig’-ma. It is interesting that the last word
‘stigma’ comes from a primary word ‘stiz.’ It means:
to stick or prick: a mark incised or punched—for
recognition of ownership. (Strong’s Greek Dictionary)
Major problems exist with ID cards. One report
said that twenty percent of all national ID cards are
lost or stolen each year. ID card counterfeiting and
identity theft continue to plague the attempt to establish secure ID.
Applied Digital Solutions from Florida has provided a high-tech solution. A person can now have
a computer chip about the size of a grain of rice
injected under the skin with a needle. This injected
chip stays with the individual for life and is virtually
counterfeit-free and impossible to steal.
For years, that technology has been used for ID
in dogs, cats and other animals. In 2004, the U.S.
Food and Drug Administration approved the injection of chips under the skin of human beings for
the maintenance of medical records. If a patient
is unconscious, his records can still be accessed
by scanning the chip embedded in his arm. Health
conditions, present medications and allergic reactions are all available to health care providers.
In Barcelona, Spain, the Baha Beach Club offers
vacationers a means to pay for services without the
bother of wallets or purses. After a painless injection, food and drinks are paid for with the wave
of a hand. That’s right. A computer chip injected
under the skin is being used for buying and selling
right now.
Remember, the word ‘stigma’ means to stick or
prick with a mark denoting ownership. Could this
indicate that the mark of the beast will actually be
given by the injection of a computer chip under the
skin?
The mark of the beast will be required for a person to buy and sell. The national ID, which will be
implemented in America between now and 2008,
will be required to hold a job or open a bank account. How much buying and selling will a person
be able to do without a job or a bank account?
Will the national ID soon become the mark of the

FACT 1 - Almost ALL the nations of the world now have a
single, comprehensive national identification system.
a.
There are a few instances where systems are not yet fully
in place, but almost without exception, countries are moving at
break-neck speeds to implement ID systems that are far more
sophisticated than they have been historically.
The United States is one of the last countries to get a compulsory national ID, mostly because it has been the land of the free
and the home of the brave. But that has changed. Our vanishing
borders have been penetrated by millions of illegal aliens from
countries all over the world. We do not even know how many,
but a low-side estimate exceeds 10 MILLION illegals. Nevertheless, the government has no plans to tighten the borders. Instead, they will use the REAL ID to locate all the aliens. “We
cannot get control over our borders, or regulate the flow of legal

tion system that works,” says Sen. John
Cornyn, R-Texas, who helped introduce the REAL ID ACT, passed into
law on May 11, 2005.

Over 100 countries have longstanding compulsory national ID programs. Most countries ruled by socialism or totalitarian governments have
not enjoyed much privacy or civil liberties. These countries have historically
had the most stringent national ID
systems in place – i.e., Russia, Germany, and China. Privacy and civil liberties belong primarily to countries that
have common law (typically British- or
American-influenced legal systems).
But fears of terrorism and identity theft
have persuaded free people to give up
their privacy and liberty to the false
premise that a compulsory national ID
will protect them.
c.
Citizens in most countries with
non-compulsory national IDs nevertheless experience great disadvantages and
difficulties if they do not fully participate in the system. De facto standards
often rule the day. Private companies,
banks, even government agencies often
impose hardships and inconveniences
on people who fail to produce “noncompulsory” identification. Many
people who would otherwise refuse to
enroll in a non-compulsory ID system
eventually capitulate simply because
it becomes so inconvenient NOT to
join. It is called “function creep.” For
instance, the original function of the
Social Security Card number was limited to health benefits, but it has now
crept into nearly all identification applications, and is even at the heart of the
REAL ID ACT.
d. Many countries that were lagging
behind are now moving into cuttingedge positions with high-tech national
ID programs. Information technology
companies commonly lobby extensively to win identification contracts with
prospective governments. Third-world
countries take quantum leaps from
primitive paper ID cards to smart cards
with microchips, largely because somebody stood to make millions of dollars
from the deal.
FACT 2 - There is compelling evidence
that the nations are presently collaborating to structure a global ID system
where all national ID systems are interoperable. Belgium, Italy, and Estonia
are leading the way in e-ID (electronic
ID). A European e-Card Conference
took place in Brussels in April, 2006,
where issues of interoperability, privacy and security were discussed. Major
countries such as France, Germany and
Spain are moving forward, and several
nations that have been reluctant to enter the e-ID frontier are now engaged;
i.e., Greece, Portugal, Slovakia, Bulgaria
and Indonesia.

The global economy plays a major role in the development of universal
standards for database registries. International trade demands universal standards for identification of products and
merchandise. Wal-Mart played a key role
in the implementation of the Universal
Product Code (UPC) over a decade
ago when it required suppliers to track
inventory using those barcodes. Now,
Wal-Mart and the U.S. Department of
Defense have mandated their vendors
to utilize RFID (Radio Frequency ID).
Wal-Mart, whose corporate database
is twice as large as the entire Internet,
issues corporate policies that eventually become de facto international law.
With the help of the Department of
Defense, RFID becomes the de facto
standard for product identification
world-wide. The exact same logic applies to the identification of human beings. If Wal-Mart begins to require any
particular personal ID format, the rest
of the world is soon to follow.
b.
Governments and global industry demand accelerated efforts for
universal identification processes. In
corporate and government offices, fingerprinting, iris-scanning, facial recognition, and other biometric measuring
devices are common-place. Ultimately,
however, about 1% of the populace
has unreadable fingerprints. On a
global scale, that amounts to 60 million people that would require something beside a fingerprint ID. Similar
problems accompany other biometrics.
Eventually, microchips and RFID will
rule the day, using digitized biometric
data as a verification back-up.

will separate the winning manufacturers from the losers, and one triumphant
global ID system will rise to indisputable domination.
We cannot escape the realities that
have been thrust upon us by international travel and Internet commerce.
With over one billion passengers on international flights yearly, and over one
billion international consumers regularly using the Internet, the pressure is
already on for both a global ID and a
global currency. It’s coming. Count on
it.
b.
International travel demands
that passports be interoperable. The
International Civil Aviation Organization already requires that all its 188
member nations issue machine-readable passports, on their standard, by
2010. However, most nations already
comply due to the United States Visa
requirements already in place. Worldwide, security agencies are demanding
more and more speed, efficiency, security, and biometric verification.
c.
The link between passports and
national IDs is significant. Passport
technology is likely to become the de
facto standard for all National IDs. A
National ID card is an internal passport. It means you can live and move
within that country. Why would governments want to create a National ID
that is not interoperable with its own
passport system?
Malaysia and Brunei presently have
the most advanced national ID card in
the world. It is a multi-function 64K
smart card. It is both a national identification card AND a passport, but that
is not all. It is also their driving license,
ATM cash card, ‘Touch-n-Go’ travel
card, medical records card, e-commerce
authentication, iris-scans, digitized fingerprints, etc. The card is compulsory
from age 12, but infants already receive
them at birth as a replacement for birth
certificates. De facto law sometimes

your credit cards are the same size?
That standard is not set by your state,
or even the federal government. It is an

The United States is imposing its
standard on the world for identification.
The U.S. Government has mandated
that all international passports entering
the U.S. must contain readable biometric identification. Singapore unveiled its
first biometric microchip passport in
April 2006 – as a direct response to U.S.
Visa requirements. And they are only
one of many countries who are doing
the same, for the same, singular reason
– the U.S. requires it.

Members of the international
community will ultimately comply with
a global ID protocol. In April, 2005,
France announced it would mandate
compulsory biometric national ID
cards by 2007 – including digitized
photographs and fingerprints. In March
2006, Spain awarded their ID project to
a company that will produce 40 million
smart cards to its citizens. China recently purchased 350 million smart cards for
its people. As each country sequentially
joins the biometric league, non-participating nations come under increasing
pressure to conform or be cut off from
the world community.
FACT 4 - The biblical mark of the beast
can be entirely implemented within a
short time. The mark of the beast requires an identifying mark “in the right
hand or in the forehead” according to
Revelation 13:16. Is this technologically
likely, or even feasible? Absolutely.
a.
The Bible prophecies call it a
‘mark’ eight separate times. Each time,
the Greek source word is “charagma,”
which means “a stamp, and imprinted
mark, a thing carved or graven.” The
“charagma” comes from the Greek root
word “charax,” which means “sharpen
to a point; a pale; a pointed stick.”
b.
The standard of choice for a
personal global ID system has already

been identified as the VERICHIP—a
tiny microchip embedded in a glass case
about the size of a grain of rice. That
chip will contain all the ID system anyone needs WITHOUT having to carry
a card. It is IMPLANTED by sticking it
under a person’s skin. The way it is inserted into the human body is by being
“carved” with a syringe that has been
“sharpened to a point”: it is a pointed
stick that inserts (‘carves’ or ‘graves’)
the chip into the hand or head of the
person.
Is this a perfect ancient and divine
description of Applied Digital Solutions’ VERICHIP implant—punctured
with a sharp syringe? Was this gadget
prophesied 2,000 years ago?
c.
This device is now being produced by a publicly traded American
corporation that has already contracted
with 80 hospital systems nationwide for
use in medical identification applications. Over 232 doctors are now offering the chip to their patients. According to an article in the Washington Post
on March 15, 2006, Washington D.C.
has been “heavily targeted for Verichip
marketing.” Emergency rooms are being given free scanners so they will immediately begin chipping all patients.
The company expects to be in over 200
hospitals by the end of 2006.
d.
As shown, the biometric-ready
microchip is already available, and is in
operation in many places around the
world. The sophisticated Malaysian
smartcard is only the beginning. An
RFID chip implant could serve all those
purposes and more: ID, passport, cash
card, health card, etc. People would be
able to pay all their bills simply by waving their implanted chip past an RFID
reader.

The global protocol, whatever
it turns out to be, will be forced on all
non-compliant nations and citizens.
Again, the Bible prophecy states, “And
he causeth all, both small and great,
rich and poor, free and bond, to receive
a mark in their right hand, or in their
foreheads: And that no man might buy
or sell, save he that had the mark, or the
name of the beast, or the number of
his name,” (Revelation 13:16-17).

All global citizens will ultimately
be forced into a global ID system. “The
right to privacy is one of our most cherished freedoms. As society has grown
more complex and people have become
more interconnected in every way, we
have had to work even harder to respect
privacy, the dignity, and the autonomy of
each individual... We must develop new
protections for privacy in the face of
new technological reality.” (Bill Clinton,
1997). Notice what Clinton did NOT
say. He did not say “abandon invasive
technology.” He said we must face the
“new technological reality.” Like it or
not, everybody will be required to participate in the global ID system. Even
you! Oh! You say you won’t? Good for
you. There is a Bible prophecy for the
abstainers, too. You will not be able to
buy or sell.
The worst news, prophetically, is that
everyone who takes the mark will face
the wrath of God. “If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his
hand, The same shall drink of the wine
of the wrath of God, which is poured
out without mixture into the cup of his
indignation; and he shall be tormented
with fire and brimstone in the presence
of the holy angels, and in the presence
of the Lamb: And the smoke of their
torment ascendeth up for ever and ever:
and they have no rest day nor night,
who worship the beast and his image,
and whosoever receiveth the mark of
his name,” (Revelation 14:9-11). ¨

can be tracked, you can also be tracked and monitored remotely through the things you wear, carry and interact with
every day.
We may be standing on the brink of that terrifying world
if global corporations and government agencies have their
way. It’s the world that Wal-Mart, Target, Gillette, Procter &
Gamble, Kraft, IBM, and even the United States Postal Service want to usher in within the next ten years.

chips—some smaller than a grain of sand—to
track items at distance. If the master planners
have their way, every object—from shoes to
cars—will carry one of these tiny computer chips that can
be used to spy on you without your knowledge or consent.
We’ve nicknamed these tiny devices “spychips” because of
their surveillance potential.
If you’ve been staying in touch with the news about RFID,
you may already know who we are and something of the public battles we have fought to try to keep this technology off
of consumer products and out of our homes. In case you
don’t know who we are and why we can make such claims
with conviction, an introduction is in order.

In a future world laced with RFID spychips, cards in
your wallet could “squeal” on you as you enter malls,
retail outlets, and grocery stores, announcing your presence and value to businesses. Reader devices hidden in
the doors, walls, displays, and floors could frisk the RFID
chips in your clothes and other items on your person to
determine your age, sex, and preferences. Since spychip
information travels through clothing, they could even get
a peek at the color and size of your underwear.
We’re not joking. A major worldwide clothing manufacturer named Benetton has already tried to embed RFID
chips into women’s undergarments. And they would have
gotten away with it, too, had it not been for an international outcry when we exposed their plan. Details of

While some of these applications are slated for our future,
others are already here, right now—and they’re spreading.
Wal-Mart has mandated that its top one hundred suppliers affix RFID tags to crates and pallets being shipped to selected
warehouses. Analysts estimate this one initiative alone has already driven close to $250 million worth of investment in the
technology.4 Other retailers such as Albertsons, Target, and
Best Buy have followed suit with mandates of their own. According to one industry analyst, there are now sixty thousand
companies operating under RFID mandates and scrambling
to get with the spychip program as quickly as possible.5
Adding fuel to the fire, the Department of Defense is also
requiring suppliers to use RFID. In fact, government cheerleaders can’t fall over themselves fast enough to support the
technology. The Department of Homeland Security is testing
the use of RFID in visas, and the Social Security Administration is using spychips to track citizen files. Not to be outdone, the Food and Drug Administration wants RFID on all
prescription drugs, and the makers of Oxycontin and Viagra
have already begun to comply. The FDA has also approved
the use of subcutaneous RFID implants for managing patient medical records—the same implants being used to track
bar patrons.
You may have already brought a spychip home with you. If
you own a toll transponder or a Mobil Speedpass, you’re interacting with RFID every time you use it. And if you bought
Procter & Gamble’s Lipfinity lipstick at a Wal-Mart in Broken
Arrow, Oklahoma, between March and June of 2003, you
could have brought home a live RFID chip in the product
packaging—and unknowingly starred in a video, too!
P&G is not the only company that’s tested spychips on unwitting consumers. Gillette was also caught tagging packages
of Mach3 razor blades with some of the 500 million (that’s
half a billion!) RFID chips it put on order in early 2003.
There’s also evidence to suggest that other everyday products
like Pantene Shampoo, Purina Dog Chow, and Huggies baby
wipes may have been tagged with RFID chips and sold to
unsuspecting consumers.
Why would anyone want to keep such close track on everyday objects? The answer is simple. Businesses want the technology to give them complete visibility of their products at
all times. Having this real-time knowledge would allow them
to keep products on store shelves and know precisely what’s
in their warehouses. They also believe it could help them fight
theft and counterfeiting. Theoretically, it could even eliminate
the checkstand, since doorways could scan your purchases
automatically when you leave the store and charge them to an
RFID-based account.
While some of these goals may sound appealing, the problem is what happens when spychipped products leave the
store with us—and find their way into other areas of our
lives.
We’ve read every pro-RFID argument the industry can
make, and we’ll be the first to admit the technology could
make things more convenient. RFID-enabled refrigerators
really could keep track of containers of food, warn about
expired milk, and generate weekly shopping lists. High-tech
washing machines really could automatically choose appropriate water temperatures based on instructions encoded in
RFID-enabled clothing labels. RFID really could help families recover lost pets—and stolen possessions, too.
But when we look at that future, we don’t see a twenty-first
