The Lieutenant-Governor in Council:
The undersigned has the honour to
REPORT: - -
THAT the liquor as set out in the Schedule attached hereto
was seized and forfeited to the Crown under the provisions of the
"Government Liquor Act".
THAT the said liquor has been examined and found to be of
no value.
AND TO RECOMMEND THAT, under the provisions of Section 78
of the "Government Liquor Act," Chapter 146 of the "Revised Statutes
of British Columbia, 1924," the liquor as set out in the said Schedule
be destroyed, such destruction to be carried out by persons to be
designated by the Liquor Control Board.
AND THAT a copy of this Minute, if approved, be forwarded
to the Liquor Control Board, Victoria, B.C.
