The Snowflake APRIL A Publication of the Four Seasons at Linville Land Harbor President’s Letter… “Here’s to all volunteers, those dedicated people who believe in all work and no pay.” Robert Orben. What a great quote which describes so well all the individuals who make the Four Season’s events a success. Every party, dinner, meet and greet that Four Season hosts, only happens because of the residents of Land Harbor who wolunteer their time and efforts. Last Sunday, after the ST. Patrick’s Dinner, we walked into the LLH Rec Center to see volunteers cleaning, washing dishes, sweeping, putting away tables and chairs and talking down decorations. The Caring Closet, The Snowflake, The Ticket Sales all happen because of the volunteers. On April 23, Four Season’s will be holding the annual Volunteer Appreciation Dinner. 2017 Four Seasons Directory We are doing everything we can to make sure all Volunteers are invited and recognized. If you have volunteered and do not receive an invitation by April 15 please let us know. And if you want to volunteer, please give us a call. We hope. Lots to do in April as we close out the final SnowFlake edition and move into the Harbor Lights and summer activities at Land Harbor. So put away all those winter clothes and cycle in the shorts of summer. Things are ready to leaf out, blossom out, and provide that cool breeze of summer in the mountains!
