Production: Advertiser may provide the advertisements to be displayed. All such advertisements
must be approved by GPTC, meet the above
specifications and be timely delivered. Advertiser
above is responsible for meeting the quality requirements of GPTC. Supply of unapproved, inferior or
non-conforming advertisement by Advertiser does
not relive Advertiser of its obligation to pay the
contract amounts. No alterations to any and all
advertisements shall be made on GPTC property.
Delivery: Advertisement shall be delivered in
appropriate form to GPTC’s Maintenance Facility
Attn: Marketing and Planning, 2101 West 35th
Avenue, Gary, IN 46408 at least one (1) week before
the contracted beginning of term.
Payment: Advertiser shall pay to GPTC the
monthly fee due on the fifth-tenth (15th) of the
month. All payments shall be by certified check or
money order. No cash payments or postdated
checks will be accepted. All political advertisements
must be paid in full prior to production.
Minimum advertising term is one month
Description of Services: GPTC shall display advertising and advertiser shall compensate GPTC for doing so under
the following provisions:

All advertising is subject to rejection by GPTC by
reason of inappropriate or unacceptable content. No
advertising for alcohol or tobacco products will be
accepted. Advertiser may state a preference for bus
route but GPTC does not guarantee that the selected
bus routes will be used.
