One entry form per person (forms in the Community Shop, St James the Great Church, Primary
School and www.hanneymichaelmasfayre.co.uk).
£2 entry fee per person, regardless of how many classes you enter.
Completed forms with £2 entry fee (in an envelope) to be put in Competition boxes in
Community Shop or Primary School, or delivered to Manor Cottage, The Green, West Hanney by
Thursday 17th September.
Please complete form in BLOCK CAPITALS.
All competition entries must be delivered to the Church between 8.30am and 9.30am on
Saturday 19th September.
All competition entries will be displayed in St James the Great Church.
A 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize will be given for each competition class.
The Family Trophy will be awarded to the family with prizes in the most classes.
Winners of each class will be identified in the Church at the opening of the Fayre.
Competition entries can be collected from the church 4.30pm onwards.
Cake and scone entries will be donated to the WI tea tent during the afternoon.
