IESCO seeks to invite sealed tenders from the firms / manufacturers who are pre-qualified / registered
with the Chief Engineer (Purchase & Disposal) / Design & Standard, NTDC Lahore or with
WAPDA/PEPCO/any DISCO for supply of following material on free delivery basis to IESCO Regional

The tenders will be opened in the presence of participants or their authorized representatives (bearing
authority letters) who care to attend the office of Chief Engineer (MM) IESCO Head Office G-7/4 Street
No. 40, Islamabad. Material shall conform to relevant WAPDA Specifications (amended to date).
Terms & Conditions
1) The prices should be firm and final on FCS basis without involving any foreign exchange.
2) Tender must be accompanied with Bank Guarantee i.e. 2% of total cost of offered quantity valid for
150 days (one hundred and fifty days) in the form of Bank Guarantee/Call Deposit in favour of C.E.O
IESCO Islamabad issued by any schedule bank of Pakistan (having rating A+ or above).
3) Tender forms including terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of Chief Engineer (MM)
against non-refundable amount of Rs.2000/- per tender on any working day during office hours till a
day earlier from the opening of the tender.
4) The Bid should for full tender quantity and bid for less quantity will not be accepted.
5) No tender will be issued on the date of opening of tenders.
