DESCRIPTION
STANDARD COLOURS
A two-part epoxy resin-curing agent swimming
pool paint
Screen or printer colour representations may vary from actual paint
colours. Final appearance will be influenced by water conditions
and light reflections. Darker colours may be prone to more visible
bleaching over time.
PRODUCT DATA
INTENDED USE
A high-solids performance coating for swimming
pools, ponds or tanks. Performs excellent in
submerged conditions offering a tough, abrasive
resistant, gloss finish for cementitious or
fibreglass type surfaces. For highest bonding
strength, use in conjunction with Pool Solutions
Primer epoxy.

Calcium Hardness of water below 300ppm
will increase chalking and reduce lifespan,
water must be tested after filling or topping
up
Eventual thinning of the coating due to UV
exposure. Apply 3 layers on swimming
pools to prolong lifespan

SURFACE PREPARATION
Abrade the surface thoroughly with a 230mm
grinder fitted with rubber backing disc, using
P16 to P36 fibre grinding discs to achieve a
clean profile, or use approved methods of
abrasive blasting. Fill cracks and holes with
Underwater Pool Patching (Cemcrete) or an
underwater epoxy filler.
HEALTH AND SAFETY

Flammable – keep away from sources of
ignition – No smoking!!!

Adequate ventilation should be provided
during use
•
Avoid contact with the skin by using
gloves, barrier creams and face mask
Mixing Two Components – Ratio 3:1
•
Stir Part-A well separately with an electric drill
and mixing tip for 2 minutes. Use 3 x Part-A and
1 x Part-B. Mix well for 2-3 minutes until mix is
homogeneous Stir Part-A separately and
regularly during the project before mixing the
two components together.
If the product comes into contact with the
skin, wash immediately with lukewarm
water and soap, if the eyes are affected
flush with water or dilute boric acid
solution and seek medical attention

Storage - Store at temperatures between 5°C
and 40°C, away from direct sunlight, open flames
or sparks

The surface must be completely dry. Moist
testers can be used to ensure the structure’s
moist level is below 10% or use a clear plastic
sheet taped around the edges to the surface of
the swimming pool for 24 hours. If moist
accumulates underneath or dampness appears
in the surface, do not apply the epoxy paint

DO NOT ADD THINNERS OR SOLVENTS TO THE
EPOXY PAINT
Cleaning - Use normal paint thinners or epoxy
thinners to clean equipment within 30 minutes after
filling
Shelf Life - Minimum 1 year when packed in
original containers
