Money is due at time of order. Please make checks payable to Apple House Preschool Cooperative.
Please write “flower sale” on the memo line of all checks. Checks dated btween February 27 - March 10.
All orders due by March 10th.
Flower pick up is on Saturday, May 6th, 10 am - 1 pm, at Apple House Preschool.
The Flower Sale will be from 10 am - 2 pm on Saturday, May 6th at Apple House Preschool parking lot.

IMPORTANT TIPS WHEN FILLING OUT YOUR ORDER:
Our Supplier sells in full flats of the same variety and color.
To avoid complications, please follow these guidelines, when completing your order form.

1. ¼ flats and ½ flats are only available on select items. Order according to what options
are noted.
2. A flat, ½ flat or ¼ flat must be the same color and variety
3. A flat must be one color. If ordering a flat of the same flower but want 2 different colors
you will need to order and pay for two ½ flats.
4. Order veggies individually if you want a variety of veggies. A flat of veggies must be
the same variety.
5. Order tomatoes individually if you want a variety of tomatoes. A flat of tomatoes must
be the same variety.
6. Order herbs individually if you want a variety of herbs. A flat of herbs must be the
same variety.
7. If ordering The Herb Special you will receive one of each herb. (Basil, Cilantro, Mint,
Oregano, Rosemary, Parsley) You will not select the herbs that you want.
