NPCIL- Kakrapar Gujarat Site under its CSR activities emphasizing on
activities for versatile development in the education arena & in line with
this an Auditorium was proposed by The Mandvi Education Society (TMES)
which is a trust operating since 1982 in the locality for providing education
support for majorly for tribal & rural students.
VIEW OF PROPOSED AUDITORIUM AT TMES CAMPUS
Total Build up area for the Auditorium is
11660-12000 Sq Ft. inclusive of Stage,
Sitting area Green room, Store area,
admin, Canteen etc. The auditorium shall
accommodate approx. 300 nos. of
audience at a time. Total estimated cost
is Rs. 1.05 Crore, out of which Kakarapar
Gujarat Site is contributing Rs. 85.50
Lakhs. Payment would be released in
segment
after achieving
various
construction mile stone.
MoU between Kakrapar Gujarat
Site & TMES Mandvi was signed
on
April
22,
2013
for
construction of Auditorium.

AUDITORIUM AT TMES CAMPUS
The Mandvi Education Trust, registered in 1954 & since contributing its effort
for education development in the area for tribal & rural students. The Mandvi
Education society operates various education facilities under its umbrella
which includes Primary schools facility, Higher Secondary Schools, Graduation
& Post Graduation Facilities such as MBA, MCA colleges.
Approximately 5000 students are studying in various facilities under TMES. The
request of Auditorium was made to organize various academically activities,
Seminars while keeping the numbers of students in mind. The estimate & the
design plan in this regard for the auditorium were also submitted.

The Program was conducted at TMES campus wherein entire staff of
TMES, Students & Journalists from various media houses were present.
