Bids are invited from interested parties as per enclosed Proforma for disposal of (1) Honda CRV AT (DL
3CBA 2818) and (2) (DL 3 CAY 8361) belonging to IFCI Ltd., New Delhi on “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS” as per details

Time Schedule
(i)
The vehicle can be inspected on any day from Monday to Friday (9.30 am to 5.30 pm) till 7.04.2017.
(ii)
Closing date and time for receipt of Bid : 2.00 pm on 10.04.2017 .
(iii)
Place for submitting bid : To be dropped at the Tender Box kept at Ground Floor, IFCI Tower, 61 Nehru
Place, ND. The cover of the bid document should be prominently super-scribed with the words “QUOTATION
FOR PURCHASE OF IFCI OWNED CAR (HONDA CRV AT)” and/ or (SKODA LAURA AT)
(iv)
The Bid(s) shall be opened on 10.04.2017 at 2.30 pm at 7th Floor, IFCI Tower, Nehru Place, New Delhi.

Terms & Conditions :
(i)
EMD of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each for Honda CRV Car and Skoda Laura AT
in the form of Demand Draft/ Pay Order only drawn in favour of “IFCI Ltd.” payable at New Delhi
must be enclosed with the bid(s). Bids without EMD will not be considered.
(ii)
The successful bidder will be required to deposit the bid amount by way of Demand Draft/
Pay Order in favour of “IFCI Ltd.”, New Delhi within 7 days from the date of acceptance of the bid by
IFCI.
(iii)
Bids below the Reserve Price will not be considered.
(iv)
EMD of the successful bidder shall be adjusted against the quoted price. EMD shall be
forfeited if the successful bidder fails to honour the bid. The EMD of unsuccessful bidders shall be
returned after declaration and approval of successful bidder on file.
(v)
The delivery of the sold vehicle will be arranged only after the successful bidder makes entire
payment and submits documentary evidence in support of residential status, viz. Ration Card/ Voter
ID card/ Aadhar Card/ Driving License/Passport in case of individual and Registration Certificate in
case of firms etc.
(vi)
The successful bidder have to remove the vehicle at his own cost within three days of final
payment.
(vii) The vehicle will be disposed off on “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS” and no guarantee for its
worthiness or quality will be given by IFCI.
(viii) The successful bidder will also be responsible for getting the Registration of the vehicle
transferred in his/ her name at their own cost as soon as possible. IFCI shall not be responsible for
any lapse on his/ her part in this regard.
(ix)
The bidders will not be allowed to withdraw bids, failing which EMD shall be forfeited.
(x)
IFCI reserves the right to accept or reject any/ all of the quotations without assigning any
reason.
(xi)
All taxes/ levies etc. will be borne by the buyer over and above the bid price.

and agree to abide by these in letter and spirit. The decision of DMD/ED/CGM/ GM on any dispute
arising out of the offer shall be binding on me/us.
3.
I/ we agree to the forfeiture of the earnest money if I/ We fail to comply with all or any of the
terms and conditions in whole or in part as laid down in the Notice dated 28.03.2017 which would
constitute and have force of a contract between me/ us and IFCI Ltd., if I/ We am/are declared a
