European Training Project in entrepreneurship for people with disability

THE PROJECT’S
OBJECTIVES
To analize and share the best
european practices, in order to
increase the transfer of
learning experiencies and
expertise.
To boost strategic collaboration
at local scale.
To experiment new training and
support formulas in
entrepreneurship among
people with disability.
To spread information about
the social task of the different
project stakeholders.
Despite different existing mechanisms for promoting entrepreneurship and
training of people with disabilities, this group of population is still at a disadvantage
if compared to people without disabilities.
The "ERASMUS +: Creating Leaders for the Future" programme promotes access
to professionalized training in entrepreneurship, based on the methodology of
skills development in people. It also offers:
- The opportunity to access high-quality contents
- Promotion of an "entrepreneurial culture" and social entrepreneurship
- High quality in the projects developed under its methodology
Its contents and methodology are built on the basis of the exchange of good
practices and the analysis of existing needs among the involved European
partners.
A EUROPEAN PROJECT
"Creating Leaders" is based on the European cooperation of 4 countries, as a
powerful tool of intervention for people with disabilities: Spain, France, Italy and
Poland.
Each country is committed to mobilizing local and national partners, establishing
their participation, their contribution in contents and their role in the project.
At the end of the project, more than 300 participants will have taken part in the
different planned phases.

PROJECT PHASES
The project is going to be carried out from 2015 to 2017. It is divided into 5 phases:
1. Collection of quantitative and qualitative information from the main stakeholders
2. Mobilization of impact agents and collaborators
3. Exchange and analysis of good practices

COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION
- By the following means: website, newsletters, brochures, social networks.
- In events: international, national and local seminars organized by each partner and in
collaboration with other agents.
EUROPEAN PARTNERS
COOP'CONSEILS (CAE talents of Mine) counts on specialized consultants in
transnational cooperation, entrepreneurship training and social innovation, as well as in
support for the employment and business creation for people with disabilities.
CONSORZIO COOPERATIVE SOCIAL IES is an association of cooperatives and
social enterprises in Italy. It operates in social and professional integration of people at
social exclusion risk, through social innovation and traning.
FOUNDATION AKTYWIZACJA aims at creating a measurable impact on the
employability of people with disabilities or with at social exclusion risk in Poland.
LIBERCONSULTORES is a firm which specialises in training companies and workers,
employing the best available tools. With almost 20 years of experience in training and
developing plans and training projects at regional, national scale, it has been leading for a
couple of years European and international projects in the area of training.
FOUNDATION PREVENT, the project leader, is an well-known organization in Spain
specialized in fostering employability and entrepreneurship training for people with
disabilities.
