USING THE OVEN
Turn the selector knob to the required function, then turn the thermostat knob clockwise to required temperature
and press the “ok” button. The oven is now working.
When the set temperature is reached, the “ ” indicator next to
on the oven display disappears. At the end of
the cooking, turn the knobs to “0”.
When using the grill it is advisable to set the oven thermostat to 250 °C. This value can be reduced whenever less
intense heat is required.

Function suitable for cooking any type of dish on one shelf. Preheat the oven to the required
temperature and place the food in it when the set temperature is reached. It is advisable to use the
second or third shelf for cooking. This function is also suitable for cooking frozen convenience foods;
follow the instructions on the food packaging.
For baking cakes with liquid filling (sweet or savoury), pizzas on one or two shelves. If necessary,
switch the positions of the dishes to cook food more evenly. It is not necessary to preheat the oven
(except for pizzas and focaccias).
To grill steak, kebabs and sausages, to cook vegetables au gratin and to toast bread. Preheat the oven
for 3 - 5 min. During cooking the oven door must remain closed. When cooking meat, pour a little
water into the drip tray (on the first shelf) to reduce smoke and fat spatters. Ideally the meat should
be turned during cooking.
To grill large joints of meat (roast beef and other roast meats). The oven door must be kept closed
during the cooking cycle. When cooking meat, it is advisable to pour water in the drip tray placed on
the first shelf. This will reduce smoke and spattering of fat. Turn the meat during grilling.
DEFROSTING
This function can be used to speed up the thawing of food at room temperature. The food should be
placed in the oven in its wrapping to prevent it from drying out.
BOTTOM + FAN
For cooking fruit, cakes, vegetables, pizza, poultry, etc. on a single shelf.
To cook (without preheating) foods that require the same cooking temperature on one or more
FAN
shelves (e.g.: fish, vegetables, sweets), without transferring odours from one foodstuff to the other.
Pizza: function for baking homemade pizza. The oven automatically preheats to the correct
cooking temperature
SPECIAL FUNCTION
Place food in the oven when the required temperature is reached.
Warm keeping: function for keeping hot and crisp the just-cooked food (e.g.: Meat; fried food; flans)

When the oven is connected to the power supply for the first time, or reconnected after a power failure, the display indicates
“12:00”.
Clock selection and change:
1. Press “ok”. The time flashes on the display.
2. Press the “-” or “+” button to set the time.
3. Press “ok” and “-” or “+” to set the minutes.
4. Press “ok” to confirm.
To change the time:
Keep the “ok” button pressed for 2 seconds until the time flashes on the display. Repeat the steps described above.
Cooking function selection:
1. Turn the knob to the chosen function.
2. Turn the knob to select the temperature.
3. Press “ok” to confirm; the oven will switch on. The indicator
Use this function to preset the end of cooking time. The maximum programmable time is 23 hours and 59 minutes.

Pizza
This function maintains a constant temperature of 250°C suitable for baking pizzas.

3. When the temperature reaches 250°C, the indicator

display and an acoustic signal sounds.
4. Place food in the oven.
5. The preset time can be changed with the “+” and “+” “-” buttons.

Note:

Cooking duration selection:
The cooking duration allows the oven to be used (with any function, except the special functions) for a set period of time,
after which the oven automatically switches off. The maximum programmable cooking duration is 6 hours.
1. Set the function and temperature (see the section “Cooking function selection”) up to point 2 without confirming by
pressing “ok”.
2. Press the “set” button (the indicator
on the display lights up next to the cooking duration symbol
) and, within 8
min., select the required cooking duration with the “-” or “+” buttons.
3. Confirm by pressing “ok”; the oven switches on and the display shows the residual cooking time.
4. To change the previous temperature setting, turn the knob . To return to the display of residual cooking time, wait 5 seconds.

3. Press “ok” to confirm the selection.

Child safety
:
1. With the knobs and set to “0”, press the “ok” and - buttons at the same time for 5 sec. The indicator

2. The oven functions cannot be used after the child safety is activated.
3. To deactivate the safety repeat the sequence indicated in point 1.
