Overview:
When Chef Steve Rose teamed up with
Andalucia Inside co-founder David
Troya to design this tour, they agreed
this culinary adventure would combine
the best of Andalucia’s traditional fare
with the creative work of Spain’s new
chefs and organic agriculturalists. Steve
and David will take you to local food
markets and introduce you to
Andalusian delicacies .
They’ve arranged a private tour of the
beautiful Montilla-Moriles vineyards so
you can sample their famous wines.
You’ll visit the olive groves of Zahara de
la Sierra to taste the olive oil that has
won more awards than any other in the
word because of its low acidity and rich
flavor. And you’ll stroll through the cork
forests where the famous Iberian pigs
are raised, then sample some of the
best ham in the world. We’ll gather for
cooking classes led by our own chef
Steve Rose and, in Cordoba, with
Michelin-starred chef Kisko García at his
restaurant.
You’ll enjoy the best of Spanish wines,
traditional Mediterranean cuisine and
the inspired original dishes that are
making Spain the “new Paris” of the
gastronomical world. And we’ll make
sure you have plenty of free time as well,
so you can explore Andalucia’s rich
cultural offerings on your own, or simply
have time to take a traditional Spanish
siesta to refresh yourself after the day’s
pleasures
