We are pleased to announce that we are now members of the National Outdoor Events Association!
The NOEA is the UK’s leading outdoor events trade association. The association is dedicated
to enhancing professionalism in the outdoor events industry.

Event Production Awards – shortlisted!
We are very proud to be part of the team nominated at the Event Production Awards. Working for the
fantastic team at BBC Learning and BBC English Regions, the BBC WW1 at Home Tour has been
shortlisted. Winners will be announced on 1st April.

BBC STARGAZING LIVE
Solar Eclipse at Leicester Racecourse
Creator was delighted to provide event management and infrastructure for the BBC Stargazing
live event at Leicester Racecourse this month, organised by BBC Learning to coincide with the
solar eclipse.
The family friendly event was split into zones including Eclipse Central – where eclipse-related
activities took place; Launch Pad where hands-on ‘train to be an astronaut’ activities were being run;
Mission Control – where visitors could look at images from across the solar system and the
Astro Academy - where visitors could meet people who are passionate about the mysteries
of the universe, including an astronaut!
THE GRUFFALO EXPERIENCE
Meadowhall, Sheffield
Creator is excited to be working with Unit 10 Eventive and Meadowhall to bring the Gruffalo Experience
to life. The immersive family event is taking place at Meadowhall, Sheffield from Saturday March 21st Sunday 12th April.
Visitors to the event embark on a fun and interactive journey into the deep dark wood to meet the
Gruffalo and other characters from the world famous children’s picture book.
Creator has provided event planning and the on-site event management team, as well as various
elements of the deep dark wood set.
Unit 10 Eventive and Magic Light Pictures, working alongside the Meadowhall Events Team,
have designed the experience from the magical set through to the storytelling guides.

BELSTAFF CLOTHING LAUNCH
Reproduction of the ACE Café
Working for creative agency My Beautiful City, Creator was delighted to be involved in the launch of
Belstaff’s Autumn/Winter 15 collection for Men, a collection heavily influenced by the 1950’s and the
Ton Up boys of that time. Creator was tasked with reproducing the interior of the ACE café, complete
with bar, stage area for bands and scenic decoration designed to reflect the 1950’s theme and were
responsible for the set build and installation.
With the set going into an underground car park opposite the Houses of Parliament, Creator’s skilled
team of carpenters and painters had just one night to complete the installation, ready for the launch
of the new collection in the morning.

MONICA VINADER
Branded Hand Cart
Creator recently worked with Highjam Marketing to produce a branded hand cart for luxury jewellery
makers Monica Vinader.
Our in-house team built the wooden hand cart from scratch. They then applied graphics and paint and
produced a branded back panel ready for the hand cart to go out to Sloane Square in the run-up to
Valentine’s Day.
