EMS-Fehn-Group Keeps Growing: New Company
EMS Vostok specializes in transports to Russia and neighbouring countries
January 16, 2016 - EMS-Fehn-Group continues to grow. Together with the newly
established logistics company EMS Vostok GmbH EMS-Fehn-Group now counts 18
companies. „We see an increasing demand for high-quality services in the trade to and
from Russia and the neighbouring countries and EMS Vostok will deliver these services,“
says Manfred Müller, CEO of EMS-Fehn-Group. EMS Vostok specializes in road, sea, rail and
multimodal shipments to and from the countries of the former USSR.
„With 30 years of experience under our belt the team of EMS Vostok knows how important
it is to accompany large scale projects personally," says Hans-Josef Böhmer, Managing
Director of EMS Vostok. „We know the break-of-gauge terminal at Brest in Belarus from our
own experience just as well as the entrance to Berth 103 at the Port of St. Petersburg. Our
local expertise saves our customers time and money. "
With its subsidiary OOO ЕМС Восток in St. Petersburg EMS Vostok guarantees also an easy
and safe handling of all billing and customs formalities. „The professional handling of the
technical part is of course fundamental for a quick and safe transport," says Hans-Josef
Böhmer. „But equally essential is a reliable administrative management. An incorrectly
completed form or a small error in the customs declaration may cause enormous costs. We
know the hidden pitfalls and how to deal with them. We offer a full-service, so that our
