process. Our candidates provide us with three recent references. Prior to the
interview, we contact the references; the results are documented and available
for review. Therapists must pass stringent references, background, medical,
drug tests, fingerprints check , verification of licensure in order to be
employed with the company. Ardor Health will cover all screening expenses
and provide the client a copy of all of these documents to GCPS when a
therapist has been recommended for a placement at any of the institutions
during the term of the contract and any subsequent extensions. Please refer to

We have built a solid reputation on the principals of quality, superior
customer service, and dependability. Our team prides themselves on creating

you can expect to enjoy: A single dedicated Client Service Territory Manager,
McKenzie DiNome is our Account Manager for School Districts in Georgia.
McKenzie is supported by a Professional RFP & School Division
Administration Department, who will take responsibility for all the
requirements stated by the School Board and Purchasing Departments. When
there is a general level of dissatisfaction expressed by the supervisor of the
assignment, parent or administrators, or if there is a candidate that intents to
back out of an assignment for a medical or maternity leave, we will begin an
immediate search for a replacement therapist. If this particular occurrence
were to exist, we encourage the completion of the term through dialogue and
incentive. If no agreement is reached, finding a replacement becomes the
company’s top priority. It takes us anywhere from 1 hour up to five days for us
to fill a replacement need. However, due to the strong relationship that we
keep with our therapists, our percentage of “no show or cancellations issues”
is minimumIn. GCPS will have a response team that can be reached 24 hours a
day.

We do not offer a daily rate at this time, but can find a daily rate equivalent by
