TCC Regional Native Allotment Realty Sales, March 2016
Under the primary Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) Realty Contract, Tanana Chief’s realty specialists, archaeologists, and appraisers
provide assistance to owners of Native lands within the Tanana Chiefs (Doyon) region. We assist these landowners in many
pursuits related to their lands. Most of our transactions involve gift deeds between family members, subdivision, leases, gravel
or timber sales, the transfer of Native restricted lands through probate, and the protection of restricted Native allotments and
Native Restricted Townsites from trespass. Sometimes owners of restricted Native lands opt to sell their property, in which case
we assist them in the sales process. Please call if you have questions, are interested in a property listed here, or need real estate
related assistance.
