2. Responses
a. Tab 3 asks for “one (1) original and four (4) copies of examples of portfolio work on at
least three similar projects... Please explain which segment of our Scope of Work your
example reflects.” Do we need three examples for each segment of work? When the RFP
references “segment of work,” is it referring to the larger categories (e.g., K-12
Educational and Early Learning Program Support, Policy)? Can you provide examples of

a bit further what information you are looking for us to include in this chart. Should we
be checking which we feel apply to our work, list our clients and check the type of work
we have provided them with or is this a scorecard for you to evaluate us with? Secondly, I
am creating one big document in Word which includes each tab. Is it okay to imbed this
chart (Attachment A) within the document or would you like it to appear as an
attachment? In regards to Attachment A, please check the areas in which you feel apply to
your work. Yes, it is ok to imbed the chart within the document.
3. Other
a. What are Lastinger Center typical daily rates? Rates vary depending on the expertise and
experience each Vendor possesses.
b. Is there a sample contract template or master agreement that is available for review?

section? The University’s standard terms and conditions are contained in this solicitation.
If you have any concerns regarding the terms and conditions, please list them on Tab 8
(attachment B). If there are no concerns, please write “none” and include the attachment
