1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4c. lukewarm water
1 c. cottage cheese
2 T. sugar
1 T. onion, minced
1 T. butter
2 tsp. dill seed or weed
1 tap. salt
.1/4 tsp. soda
1 egg
21/4to 21/2c. flour
Mix yeast in water. Add warmed cottage cheese. Combine sugar,
minced onion, butter, dill seed, salt, egg and soda. Add yeast and mix
well. Add flour, bitatatime, to make soft dough. Beat after each addition.
Cover and place in warm place 1 hour. Punch down and put in greased
bread pan to rise. Bake at 3500 for 40 to 50 minutes. Brush top with
butter.
